BAP- Zelo and Himchan- 'Confusions when in L.O.V.E'

Assurance and Awkwardness

You just sat there for a while, thinking through what just happened and what emotions you should be feeling, you were really upset but you decided to move on because if someone treats you that way, they don't deserve to be with you. Then you thought further...yeah, it was his loss not yours. So after some thought you took a deep breath, went to the bathroom to wash your face and make yourself look more organised and in shape. Zelo was surprised but he seemed happy for you, since you did make the right decision. You smiled back at him showing that you were alright and 'recovered'.

You- "Oppa, get dressed we're going out remember?"

Zelo- "Wh...where? I thought we were staying in...but you don't have to you've had a long day"

You- "Ani! I promised we would have fun so let's go...umm, let's go get a burger or something and then we can come back to our dorm to play video games or something"

Zelo- "Omo! Are you sure?"

You- "Yes! I've realised that it was his loss and that I don't deserve to be around someone who would do something like this to me and I shouldn't be crying over him since...like you said, I can always find someone else"

Zelo- "Ahhh, (YN) you made the right choice"

He kissed you on the cheek again like before but this time you didn't fret because you liked him and you started to fall in love with him all over again. He was always there for you...no matter what happened, and he had a sweet, childish personality. You were happy to spend the day with Zelo but you didn't know if it meant you were dating him or not. He did kiss you and this time you weren't with anyone else and you two clearly liked each other as well.

When you both got changed and ready to go, you smiled brightly and this time it wasn't fake, you were genuinely happy.

Zelo- "haha, looks like someone's cheered up, you look happier than usual though...how come? Youre not faking are y-"

You- 'Ani~ I'm happy to spend time with you today that's all..."

You said shyly and blushed, you were probably embarrassing yourself but you came to realise that Zelo seemed like the one for you, because he always cared. Zelo heard what you said and stepped closer to you, he was inches away from your face, his warm breath tickled against your skin, he was so close to you. You were at eye level with him and you just stood there staring into his eyes, wondering what to do next.

Zelo- "I'm also really happy to spend time with you...jagiya?"

He looked at you, as though he was waiting for your approval. You giggled and said,

You- "Ne~ oppa"

He smiled but he was still very close to you and then he unexpectedly kissed you. Your eyes widened at the sudden impact of his lips against yours, they tasted sweet, probably all the donut he had eaten earlier, which made you smile beneath the kiss. You could also feel him smiling, his hand slowly hugged you around the waist and you cupped his face. It was the longest kiss you had ever had, you didn't mean to compare but it was far better than the one you had with Himchan. You both pulled away slowly and you felt as though you were hypnotised, you just stared blankly into his eyes for a long time, not realising that it was getting a bit awkward for him,

Zelo- "Omo, are you okay?"

You- "Huh? Oh! Aish, I'm sorry...I don't know, what, ermm, happened and err.."

Zelo- "Shh~ let's go"

You stumbled upon your words but he took your hand and interlocked fingers with you and said,

Zelo- "Let's go jagiya...let's go on our first date"
