Chapter 16

DREW's POV

I woke up and see the place I'm in. It's white almost everywhere.

I looked around and I saw them around Maica's bed.

I heard her introduce JM to her mom.

 

There's this feeling that breaks me deep inside....

I tried to get up and go out of the place, but JM turned and saw me wide awake.

"O, pare! Buti gising kana!" JM said then hugged me.

"Pare, maraming salamat. Hinding hindi ko mapapatawad ang sarili ko kung-"

"Shut up, JM. I did that for Maica, not for you." I said, interrupting him from what he was saying, then I pushed him off me.

"Drew.." I heard Maica say.

I ignored her, then I went off of the bed and went home.

When I arrived, I saw Martin half awake, walking from his room.

"Kuya, asan po sila mama?" he asked as he rubbed his eyes.

"Tita went to where your sister is." I said then I carried him in my arms to his room.

"Kuya may sugat ka sa likod ng ulo mo.." he said as I was carrying him.

"That's nothing, kiddo. Go to sleep, okay? Your mom and sister will be back later." I said after I tuck him to his bed, then I left him to sleep.

I went to my room and lay down the bed.
