The earlier generation of humans was wore about rawness. Raw food and raw emotions.

Love, anger, hatred, sadness, smiles- everything was out in the open. No hiding. Isn't it?

But this generation, more specifically the younger generation has become a master in hiding. Especially, the emotions. There is a smile on the faces when in reality the heart is crying. And in maximum instances, no one cares either. Everyone is busy with their own struggles. That is why, most of the time in life, we let ourselves being fooled by the happiness in people's faces. We sledom bother about reading their eyes. But as you might have heard it, eyes are the window to ours souls. The masks we carry cannot cover our eyes. Never ever. Being genuinely happy in life and about life is a very sacred gift, not everyone receives. There exists a difference in being actually happy and about finding happiness in a certain situation in present, the latter being way more common than the former. Deep inside most of us, sadness prevails, hurt exists and pain subsides, sometimes with our knowledge and sometimes without even a speck of self realization.

To be true, though it seems unrealistic or cliche, love has the ability to conquer all. It has the strength needed to heal each and every wound, stitch all the scars and bring a adorable smile on the faces that even reflect in the eyes. But alas! How many of us experience such true love in life? Maybe a few. Maybe everyone. Depends at times on fate and at times on perception.

He was a man of magnificent smile, just that it didn't reached his eyes.

She was as innocent as the first dew drop of the morning, known as the 'maa' of her group of friends.

His heart was in pieces that pricked him every day.

She was healer, but was herself a little scared of love.

He is soft spoken, respectable, a helping hand for others and a perfect CEO.

She is shy, spectacle clad and a small town girl.

Like every other story they meet but what happens after that?
Lets find out ahead.

A very simple tale of love and only love. Unadulterated Love!

Note: This story is being edited and re-published now. It was written by me 4 years ago and then published as 'Love Melts Ice'. It might be a little immature and predictable to read. And also, this is a story of how love heals two people and nothing more than that. Just love, pure love.
