Lexi and I woke up the next mourning, took our showers and went downstairs to get breakfast. She sat down on the edge of the sofa armrest, rubbing her temple.
We woke up all over the place, I was found myself on the floor. I didn't remember having anything to drink last night, expect for one can of a beer.I was positive one beer wasn't enough to make anyone drunk, but maybe I was wrong. Then again I didn't remember anything from last night, it was all one big blur.
"What's up with you, you haven't said a word all morning." Lexi slid over the armrest and sat beside me on the couch. It was pretty quiet in the lobby, perhaps most people were sleeping in. It was either that, or the hotel didn't have many visitors.I shrugged as I sat up properly, "Uh, nothing my headache is just really bad." She squints her eyes at me, as if she's trying to figure if I'm lying or not. I looked over at the television, taking sips of my tea.
"Same here."
We were both quiet for a moment, "What exactly happened last night?" Her eyes wander over to my face, "Nothing much, we just drank and smoked."
I nodded, "I didn't do anything stupid did I?" She grins, at me then looks at the television. "Stupid like what? You did penalty of that but do you mean the dumbest thing you did last night?""What!" I laughed, with wide eyes. She laughed, "I'm joking, you fell asleep after you had a few drinks due to your temper tantrum last night."
"What temper tantrum?" I didn't know what she was taking about. "Its nothing really." I looked back at the television just as the guys came into the lobby.
"Hey, we're going out, we should be back in like two hours or so." Sam didn't even wait for a response before he walked back out the lobby, he didn't really acknowledge me.Nate kissed his girlfriend on the cheek before he hugged me and left. It was strange I had just met him and his girlfriend yet I felt as if I've known them for years.
The room was silent again, "So what exactly do you guys do?" Lexi stood up from the sofa, "I'm going back to bed." She stood up from the sofa and left the lobby. I didn't know why she ignored my question, but I didn't think to heavily on it.
It was summer and all she wanted to do was sleep, which was boring. I wanted to do something, but the only people that seemed to be constantly having any fun was gone.♔ ♔ ♔
I plopped down on the bed beside Lexi, who was asleep. "When is Sam coming back?" I whispered, as I nudged her shoulder. She turned over towards he wall, mumbling for me to leave her alone.
"3:45 p.m"
I frowned, "That's precise..." She mumbles for me to go away but I ignored her.
"Anything to make you go away." I stood up from the bed, "So, if they're not coming back in a few hours then when are they coming back?" Lexi groaned, "Whenever they decide to come back," I thought that was ridiculous. She lifted her head up from her pillow and stared at me, "which could be 1 a.m or 6 a.m, I wouldn't wait up." She grins, as she laid her head back down."So you just wait in this hotel until they come back? That's not fair." I glared around the room, but Lexi just pulled her pillow over her head. "Yes, now let me go to sleep."
I left the room and stood over the balcony, my face lite up when I saw Sam get out of the car. I rushed down to the parking lot, as he was coming up the stairs. "Where have you been?" He smelled like weed and alcohol but I didn't question him.He took a step back from me, "We went out, why?" I took a deep breathe, "I wanna go with you." Sam chuckled, "Just stay here." I shook my head, "I'm bored here." Sam sighed, "I got things I have to handle, you won't like it."
"I don't care just let me come with you."

I followed Sam down the aisle, he walked in front of me with his hands in his jacket pockets. Every once in a while he would glare at the DVDs, obviously nothing was interesting to him.
"Why are we here?" I asked abruptly, he kept walking down the aisle. "If you're gonna complain then you should have stayed in the car." I snorted at his comment, "With Nate who snores like the loudest human being in the world? I'm good." Sammy grinned over his shoulder at me, I couldn't help but smile back."We're here for a friend..." That's all he wanted to tell me. I laughed, "Some friend you are." I felt like we were walking in a labyrinthine, I was getting sleepy. Sam finally stopped walking and observed the DVD.
He probably picked out about ten DVDs before we finally left.
