Alfie had insisted they go to a new water park which had opened not far from where they lived.

Jason had immediately declined, aware he was still slightly bruised around his stomach and he didn't want Alfie to know.

Jason had kept making excuses, blaming his parents and what not. Almost a week had gone by before he was entirely healed and Jason finally said yes.

"I'm on the Highway ta Hell!" Alfie sang along loudly to the old song on the radio as they drove to the water park. He whacked his hands against his knees in time to the music and Jason laughed at him from the drivers seat.

"You are being quite distracting" Jason said, still smiling and not really minding Alfie's behaviour.

He had seemed happier ever since college finished and Jason assumed it was because he no longer had to see Mason and his gang. Jason was happier for that too.

"You think this is distracting?" Alfie said in a mischievous voice and then he stopped drumming along to the music. "Is...this distracting?" He asked, leaning over and planting a soft kiss on Jason's neck.

Jason's skin tingled with his touch and he held back a pleasant shiver. Trying to ignore the boy as best he could.

"Just a tad..." Jason lied, desperately keeping his eyes on the road.

"Hmm... well you wont mind if I..." Alfie said, coming for Jason again, only kissing his cheek this time.

Jason smiled and almost leaned into him but he tried to focus on driving.

"You'll have to try harder" Jason found himself saying playfully. What am I doing? I'm going to get us both killed. Alfie seemed to like the challenge and he reached a hand up to the back of Jason's head, where he began to play with his hair.

This got to Jason and he shivered with the intimate touch.

"See...distracting" Jason said, unable to hide the fact that he was enjoying this immensely.

Alfie said nothing but pecked Jason on the cheek again and returned to listening to the radio. Humming along as a new song came on.

"Come on lets go on the big one over there!" Alfie cried, pointing to a rather high water slide.

They were both soaked after being on a fast rapids ride, their hair sticking to their faces. Jason looked down at Alfie in his swim boxers and at his chest, why do I want to kiss him so bad? Jason thought, feeling annoyed and nodding to the boy who had began pulling him towards the slide.

After only minutes of queuing it was Jason's turn to go on the slide and Alfie was waiting patiently behind him.

Jason hopped into place and lay down. He pushed himself foward and went sliding down at high speed, water crashing around him.

When he reached the bottom he landed in a pool of water, sinking almost to the bottom before coming back up to the surface.

He watched the slide for Alfie and heard him first, whooping with joy.

Alfie came flying out, splashing Jason so he could hardly see.

Alfie however didn't surface. Jason's heart rate increased like a faulty engine and he desperately looked into the water.

"Alfie?"he cried, the people around him all laughing and talking too loudly to notice his distress.

Jason was about to dive under when something grabbed him by the legs and pulled him down. Water surrounding him, no air to breathe.
