The Nanny Job (Not Edited) Completed

The Nanny Job Ch.16

Lately I have to keep a close eye on the girls, now that they can walk they follow Ash everywhere. I'm really glad there's no stairs around, I've had a lot of terrible incidences with stair and children. Ulloa and Tesla have been very talkative too. 

Today I was suppose to pick up some pictures from Walmart (from when I took pictures at the orphanage), I wanted to go over and show the children, Ash and I baked six dozen batches of cookies and packed them up as a little treat for the children. I texted Finn telling him I was going out.

"Hey Finn, I'm going out to run a few errands, we'll be home in a few hours." -Abby  

"Ok, keep me updated." -Finn

I bundled Ashton with four layers and I made sure the girls were nice and warm. I called a taxi and brought everything I needed, (a stroller, keys, my bag, my phone, and the cookies). I loaded everything and we headed to Walmart. 

When we got there I asked Tod (the taxi driver) if he could wait. He said he'd wait and I hurriedly set up the stroller and set the girls in. I ran into Walmart and went straight to the 'Photo Center', "Hi I'm Patti, how may I help you today?" she said smiling, "Uh hi, I'm here to pick up my photos, my name is Abigail Bower." I say, she nods and types somethings in the computer and heads to the back, "Miss Abby, can we get this?" Ash asks holding a yellow toy train from the desk, "Nono Ash." I tell him, "AWWWW! I rwilly(really) wan(want) it!" he says pouting, "Ash it's not ours. Please put it back?" I say, "Ok, here we go. Here's all your pictures. Do you need anything else?" Patti asks, "Thank you and that'll be all." I say, "You have a good day." she says and waves to the girls, Ulloa and Tesla say 'Ba-ba' in return, I speed walk to the taxi and load the stroller back up. Then we headed to the orphanage.

The orphanage looked the same nothing changed, I was greeted by the children and I showed them all the pictures, I gave the cookies and the extra copy of pictures to Cindy and I kept the other. When saw Ziva and when she saw me her face was priceless, her hazel eyes were wide and she was frozen. I walked over to her and gave her a small smile, I walked over to her and crouched to her level, "Hey sweety.." I say softly, she ran straight into my arms, she pulled away from my neck and kissed my cheek, "Mama..." she said softly, it melted my heart. The whole time I was there, Ziva was in my arms and I think Ulloa was getting jealous because she wanted to be carried too. So the whole time I had two heavy babies in my arms.

We left around 4:00 and we got home at 4:15, the girls were extra cranky I think it was because they skipped their nap, I gave them their milk and set them down I had given Ashton a snack before he took a nap. I felt tired so I took a 10 minute nap.

When I woke up, I looked at the time and it was 5:00 already, I hurried to the kitchen and looked in the fridge, there was plenty of leftovers so all I had to do was warm them up. When everything was warmed I woke up the children and Ash helped set the table, I went inside to get the food and heard a loud 'CRASH', I ran as quick as I could to see Ash right above a pile of broken plates, "Uhoh." Ash said, "Oh no, it's ok Ash. Don't move ok?" I tell him, he nods his head and stays completely still. I got a paper bag and collected all the big pieces. When everything was cleaned I fed the girls and then I got them ready for bed. Right before they went to bed I read them a few stories like usual and put them to bed.

 When they were all settled I cleaned the kitchen and when I walked to living room and double checked if I had cleaned everything, everything was cleaned so I walked to the kitchen as I walked I felt a sharp pain in my foot, I didn't have any shoes on so I knew right away I has a shard stuck in my foot, "OOWWW!!! SHHHIIII.......PPPPPP!" I hissed loudly, I limped to the kitchen and saw it was a big shard stuck in my heel, "Dang it, I forgot to vacuum..." I said to myself, I limped to my room and got my reading glasses that I never use, a needle, and the first aid kit.

I went back into the kitchen and sat down, I looked at the shard and it looked very deep, I broke more skin with the needle so that I could get better access, I then got my tweezers and pulled it out. When the shard was out the blood started coming out, "Ahh crap." I applied pressure and got the alcohol swab ready, I cleaned out the cut and the processes was bloody hell. After much hissing and cursing, my cut was all finished, I did a pretty good patch up, I looked at the time and it was already late. 

I tried getting up but my foot had fallen asleep and I hate pin&needles, so I had to wait for it to pass, when my foot was finally fine. I cleaned my mess and washed my hands, I limped out of the kitchen and headed to bed, when I was about to go in the room I heard Felix and Finn. I sighed and shook my head 'I should just say night to them' I thought, I walked/limped to the kitchen and I saw them looking in the fridge, "Hey guys." I say tiredly, Felix quickly spun around and looked at me, "Oh hey Ab, what's up?" he says walking over to me, "Oh you know nothing much,- as he got closer I slung my arm around his neck and used him as support,-just dug out a huge shard of broken glass out of my foot..." I say sarcastically, "Oh that's go- Wait what?!?!" Felix asked confused, I pointed to my foot and he gasped dramatically.

He sat me down and checked my foot making sure it was fine, after telling him I was fine a billion times he was satisfied and went back to looking in the fridge for food. "Are you sure you're fine?" Finn asks, "For the billionth time, I'M FINE!!!" I say irritated, "I'm sorry, I was just asking." Finn says wryly, "Sure......" I say mockingly. 

"Oh by the way, I'm going to take the position as CEO." Finn says proudly, "That's great Finn, congratulations!" I say ecstatically. "What?" Felix asks completely confused, with celery hanging out of his moutt, "Ugh don't talk with your mouth full!" I tell him.

I started feeling really tired and tried walking to bed, but Felix insisted on carrying me to my room. "Ok now that you're all tucked in do you want me to read you a bed time story?" Felix asked treating me like a baby, "Of course I would!" I say jokingly, but Felix took me seriously and started reading me a book, halfway through I started feeling tired and started falling asleep, "and AHHHHH!!!!" Felix screamed loudly, my eyes shot open and Felix started laughing so loud, he had did that on purpose, I pushed him off the bed and glared at him. "Ugh!! GO AWAY!" I say angrily, he kept on laughing and walked out, "Night Abby!" he said calling over his shoulder. He's going to pay.........
