I had gotten home around midnight, Finn had dropped me off and Felix had gone somewhere. I was so exhausted, I just dropped onto my bed and fell asleep.

When I woke up I didn't feel fully awake, I took a freezing cold shower that immediately woke me up, my shower was short shorter than usual. (I mean who wants to stay in a cold shower?) After my shower I felt fully awake, for the rest of the week the children have school off for the holiday, we did a bunch of arts and crafts, like usual Ziva came up to me and gave me one of her drawings, she's such a sweetheart I'm going to miss her.

The day pasted very quickly and Ziva had been extra clingy, she already knew I was going to be leaving tomorrow, I also had replaced her raggedy blanket with a brand new one. "Imma miss you, Mama..." Ziva said as her lip quivered, she also started calling me 'Mama' and it only made me feel worse. "W-well, Ziva I promise I'll visit again soon." I say feeling my throat get tight, even though I have been here for a week Ziva has grown extremely attached to me and it almost feels like she's my own daughter. I've always wanted to have my own family, especially a little girl like Ziva, but sometimes life doesn't go the way you wanted or planned it to be.

Last night Ziva slept with me and in the morning she wouldn't stop crying. I had everything packed and I was ready by 10:30am, I had asked Felix to pick me up earlier. When Felix came he took my suitcases and I had said my 'Goodbyes' to everyone except Ziva, she watched me with her watery hazel eyes staring at me dejectedly, as I walked towards her I gave her a sad smile and saw some tears roll down her cheek, she held her blanket that I had given to her close to her chest, I was at her level and pulled her into a tight hug, "I'll see you soon." I whisper in her ear, she started full on crying, I kissed her cheeks and rubbed her back soothingly trying to calm her down. When she calmed down, Cindy had gotten her.

While we drove I couldn't forget Ziva's eyes, they looked so sad and broken. "Hey, you ok?" Felix asks, I shake my head clearing it, "Uh yeah, I've had a long week." I say, "You know, I know just the place to go, I think you'll love it." he says, I look out the window lost in thought as we zip pass all the trees.

I felt someone lightly shaking my shoulder, my eyes instantly opened, I saw Felix get out of the drivers side and walk over to my side, I didn't even know where we were there was a bunch of trees everywhere this whole place was full of color, Felix held out his arm and I linked my through his, he led me to a pathway and we walked through it. We walked in complete silence until Felix stopped, I looked at him confusedly "Felix?" I asked, he just pulled me along with him off of the trail, I followed him along and he stopped again right in front of a giant log, Felix sat himself down and I sat myself down right beside him.

The view from here was incredible there was a log and it was on a slope so when you looked down you could see the landscape, that was so vibrant in color, I probably could spend a whole day here without a care in the world.

"So Abby, what's up?" Felix asked, nudging his shoulder against mine,

"I know this is lame but, the sky is up." I say answering him, he rolled his eyes and laughed.

"How's that lame? It's the truth, but what I wanted to know is what was going on with you and that little girl earlier?"

I sighed deeply, "Her name is Ziva and she's such a sweetheart, she got really attached to me.... I got attached to her too. She was really sad that I had to leave, Cindy said her real mom just left her and completely ignored her." I say sadly,

"I think it's more than that, come on you can tell me!" he said and wiggled his eyebrows,

"This might sound stupid but she got really, like really attached and she started calling me Mom, I-I really don't know how to describe how I felt." I say trying to find the right words,

Felix draped his arm over my shoulders and rubbed my arm comfortingly, "Abby, I was wondering why don't you have your own family? Or a boyfriend? Like you love children so much, why don't you have any of your own?" he asks,

"Felix, I wish everything was so simple, 1st of all I'm not in a relationship, 2nd uh I've never really, I mean don't know how to do relationships....." I say flustered.

"W-what? How come? I mean look at you, wait you've never had a boyfriend?" he asks in disbelief,

"Yeah I look at myself everyday, but I guess I've never made time for a boyfriend and how bout you, Mr. I don't see you with anyone." I say mockingly,

He shrugs and sighs, "If you can believe this, I did have quite a few girls, but then I don't know I became involved with many things and I didn't have anytime for that." he says,

"Ohhhhh, sure. What are you involved with? Yourself? You know what let's stop talking about these things, I wanna enjoy this moment and thank you Felix." I say sighing contently.

Felix and I left around noon time, when we arrived Felix dropped me off and could stay around because 'he had some business to attend to' he said, Jackson had informed me that Joy was in the backyard and a lady named Amy was taking care of the children, I walked into the room and snuck up behind Ash and scared him "BOO!" "Ahhhh!" Ashton looked up at me with wide eyes and a bright smile came on his face, he ran into my arms, I picked him up and smothered his with kisses, "Miss Abby! I miss you!" he says kissing my cheek, "Awe I did too big guy, have you been good?" I ask him, he nods his head and says "Yep I did do a good job!" "I bet you did. Why don't you go and play I'll draw with you, but I want to talk your grandma really quick, ok?" I say, he nods his head and runs back to his truck.

I found Joy in the garden it was nice and sunny, "Hey Joy?" I asked her, it looked like she was basking in the sun, "Hello dear." she says, I walk closer and sit down next to her on one of the chairs, "Joy, I was wondering why the lady was taking care of the children, I know that might sound petty but I'm really just curious." I say genuinely, "Oh, I had asked Amy to come just for a few hours, until you came back. But now you are here, would you mind telling her she may leave now?" she replied, "Of course, oh and I never did thank you for letting me use your dress, so thank you Joy, I also think that party was great." I say, "Oh no dear, it's my pleasure and the dress is your own to keep." After trying to decline her generous gift, I ended up taking it, Joy is very persuasive and persistent. I couldn't help but hug her.

Ash and I drew for a whole hour, until Ulloa's and Tesla's nap time came, I put them down and Ashton insisted that he wasn't tired but when I started reading to him, he fell asleep right after the second page. I put tucked him into bed and went to the library room.

"You know my daughter loved this place?" I was so into the book that Joy's voice had startled me, I jumped a little, "I'm sorry dear, I didn't mean to scare you." she said laughing she didn't sound sorry at all, I laughed a bit too, "I didn't know you have a daughter. Where is she?" I ask completely clueless, Joy's mood completely changed from laughter to sadness, he smile was replaces with a mournful look, "I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked that, I didn't mean to pry or meddle into your business, I was just you know- I'm sorry." I say biting my nervously, Joy sat down on one of the couches and had her head in her hands, I walked over to her and hugged her comfortingly, "I'm sorry, I din't mean to be an emotional mess, it's just my daughter passed away." she says and wipes a few tears away, I didn't say anything, I just hugged her tighter the truth is I didn't know what to say but sometimes somethings don't need to be said.
