Joy had informed me, that she and the family were going to a close friends party for New Years, in a few days.

Finn has been acting weird. Ashton has been acting up a lot more. Tesla and Ulloa are angels one-second and the other they are little trouble makers. It hasn't been very eventful the past days.

It was in the middle of the day and the children were taking their nap. I was watching 'Psych' when Finn walked in. "Abby?- I paused the episode and looked at him- I wanted to ask you a question are you busy?" he looked a bit nervous, "Nope. Why?" I asked, "I know this is really short notice but, would you do me the honors of being my date, for my mom's friends party? Tomorrow, on New Years, if you don't have any plans." he asked, I was pretty much alone this New Years, so why not? "Yeah sure, I'd love too." I say, he looked a bit relieved. "Thanks Abby." he said, when he left I turned my attention back to the TV. I felt a bit giddy inside.

That night we all had dinner together, even Felix joined us and we ate happily. We were all having great conversation and everyone was happy. After dinner Finn and Felix cleaned up while Joy helped me get the children ready for bed.

We brought the children back down stairs and had story time. We read a few books before it was their bedtime. I carried Tesla and brought her to the room while Finn carried Ulloa. Finn tucked them in and I smiled as he gave them goodnight kisses. "Niyniy(night night) Dada Mama!" Ulloa blew kisses just as I taught her a few days ago, I blew one back at her. "Night my precious little girls." Finn said smiling at them, he gave them one more kiss and turned off the light.

"Alright little man lets get you to bed." Finn said to Ashton and picked him up. Ashton giggled like a maniac when Finn blew a raspberry onto his stomach. "Finn do you need any help?" I asked, "Nah, I'll be fine." he said, while tickling Ash, I smiled and nodded. "I'd better get to bed too. Night Abby and Felix." Joy said, "Night."

I walked Felix to the door, "Oh Abby I totally forgot to ask you this, it slipped my mind. But could you be my date? There's this stupid party I have to attend to, it's really boring so it'd be much better if you came!" Felix said pleadingly, I pouted. "Why didn't you ask earlier? I would've said yes but Finn already asked me." I told him, "Really? Wow, I always knew you guys would get together." Felix said, I gaped at him. "Ew!" I say making a face.

"Come on Abby!!! I'll be a third wheel." Felix said, "Oh hey Finn! Can I be the third wheel on on your date! Please!?!" Finn was behind me and Felix was asking him. "Felix find your own date, and if you want to ask I'd personally say 'No' but I'll leave that up to Abby to decide." Finn said, "Fine you can be our third wheel." I say hoping he'd go away, "Oh gosh thanks Abby, you're a lifesaver! I owe you. Well I gotta go! Night!" Felix said, he gave Finn a hug and kisses my cheek. "Night. Drive safely!" I tell him, he smiled and winked, then left.

Finn and I went in but Finn stopped walking all the sudden, "Finn are you ok?" I asked, he nodded and looked at me strangely. "Abby, are you and Felix in a relationship?" Finn asked, "Yeah, why?" I asked confusedly, "Uh how long have you guys been together?" he asked, "What?!?! Nonono why do you guys think we're together?" I ask, "Abby I was asking you if you and Felix were in a relationship like dating! What did you think I was saying?" Finn asked, "Ugh! I don't know. Why do you have to make things complicated?" I was confused, "Never mind, let's not talk about this." Finn said, I blew out a breath "Fine by me." I say.

"Night Finn." I said walking to my room, "Night Abby sleep well." he said walking to his own. I went into my room and dragged myself to bed.

I woke up refreshed and awake, I stretched and got ready for the day.
I found Ashton awake but, it was still early so I let the girls sleep in. Ash and I went to the kitchen where we started on breakfast. I went straight to the fridge to get the ingredients, and found outside of the fridge a piece of paper with Abby on it. I took the magnet off and read it.

"Hey Abby, left early.
I'll be back later than usual, we'll be leaving around 5:30. If you need anything call me.

-Finn"

I smiled and collected all the ingredients I needed. "Mama can I cwack(crack) da(the) eggs?" Ashton asked, "Yes you may, but first let's wash our hands." I tell him, Ash had recently started calling 'Mama' like the girls. I wasn't sure, if I should let him call me that or if I should correct him, so I let it slide and didn't say anything.

Ashton cracked all of the eggs and whisked them up, I made scrambled eggs while he watched. I grabbed some fruits and cut them up. Then Ash and I went to wake up the girls. After 20 long minutes, I cleaned the girls up and got them ready for breakfast.

I served out food for the children and sat myself down. Everything was going smoothly until Tesla thought it would be great to start throwing food at Ulloa! "Tesla! No, stop." I tell her, she dropped the food and pouted. I sighed tiredly and shook my head. "Come on let's clean you up." I took Tesla's food away and carried Ulloa to the sink.

Ashton payed no attention to what was going on with Tesla and Ulloa, instead he picked out all the grapes from the rest of the fruits. "Am(I'm) done!!" Ash said, wiping all over himself. "Just a minute." I tell him, I wiped Ulloa's face clean and went back to Ash and Tesla.

Tesla apparently had gotten bored so she started rubbing her saliva all over her face and cried for attention. I rolled my eyes and shook my head. "Morning Abby." Joy had come into the kitchen and greeted the children. She got herself food and soon left. I cleaned Tesla up and prayed she would calm down for the rest of the day.

I just put the children down for their nap it was already 2:30pm and I was looking for something to wear. I didn't know what to wear... I debated whether I should call Finn or Felix. I thought about Joy but she looked busy, Finn was probably busy too, Felix was the only choice I had left.

I dialed Felix's number and hoped he would pick up.

"Sup." Felix greeted,

"Hey, is this a bad time?" I asked, biting my lip nervously,

"Nah just doing......... stuff." he said, I could hear in his voice he didn't even know what he was doing.

"Ok well, I was wondering what should I wear?" I ask,

"Ohhhhh! This sounds like a lot more interesting than what I'm doing right now- as a matter of fact I don't know what we're doing!" he said, I laughed at his comment.

"So?" I asked, I heard some talking in the back round, "What the hell are you doing on the phone? Felix we need to finish this project. Get off your phone." "Felix you have a project?!?! Why didn't you tell me!?!" I frowned,

"Hey! I didn't know. And you shouldn't frown, it's not good for you." Felix said, making me smile slightly, "There you look better." he said, "Felix! Who are you talking to? Is it really this important?" The same voice from earlier asked, "Man, chill Finn! It's an emergency, my friend has a serious girl problem. So I-" "Felix why is she calling you off this is a 'serious girl problem'? Can't she call a girlfriend?" Finn asked, "Man she needs me right now! I'll only be 5minutes." Felix exaggerated, "Fine!"

"Felix! Finn is going to kill me, if he knows you're talking to me! I'm hanging up now! I'll talk to you later." I tell him,

"Finn wouldn't kill you, he likes you too much to kill you!" Felix insisted, "Felix who the hell are you talking to?" Finn asked in a irritated tone, "Uh just a friend?" he said, "Who?" Finn asked, "Abby." Kill me right now! "Felix I'm going to kill you!" I said, I pressed the red button which ended the call.

So sorry it short! I'm almost 100% better!
