A music piece that brings goosebumps? What do you think? Well this time, the music is similar to that. Enjoy!
"How about, the Fire Queen?! Or no, how about the Bird Of Fiery? That's decent!" Tia was brainstorming up names to call me when I become famous. Really, it's a drag.
"How about Percy?" I suggested with sarcasm. "Uhhh..Yeah! That'll work! Right Valorie?" Tia's tone saddened. "Uh..Yeah, sounds good to me." Valorie said without enthusiasm.
We were still on the dirt hard road, traveling to Louienard, today, we would reach the borders. Aaron was ahead and Noellen behind us, silent and in thought.
"Hey! Let's play a game! It's called A Name!" I suggested. "Really?! How do you play that?" Tia's mood blazed high. "Uh, sure." Valorie said shyly.
"Okay here's how, first, you pick a letter and then I'll ask you for a boy's name or girl's name. You'll see what we'll do with the name after." I told them. Tia's eyes gleamed at the thought of this game.
"Umm, well let's start with Valorie." I instructed. "Uh, any letter? Hmmm, L." She said. "Okay, a boy's name that has to start with an L." I told Tia. Valorie's face strickened as she went into brainstorming mode. She really really took a lot of thought to this.
"Lewis." She finally said. "Okay! Your husband's name will be Lewis! So if you meet anybody who is named Lewis, look out!" I warned her jokingly. But this wasn't a joke for her. Her face turned ruby red, blushing at what I said. "You okay?" Tia asked.
Valorie nodded her head. I wonder why she'd blushing at what I said.
I didn't have much time to think why, because we were at the borders of Louienard.
Aaron was ahead talking to a gate guard. I ran up to him to see what was the matter. "Aaron!" I interrupted their conversation. The guard jumped up at my appearance. "And who-who might you be?" The guard asked, his face blushing cherry red.
"Oh hello. I'm Percy." I said and flipped my cape as the wind came in. At this, the guard fawned over me even more. Aaron growled but the guard didn't seem to notice. Noellen and Valorie walked up together, but Tia was not in sight. She must be hiding. Noellen was wearing a cloak and concealing himself.
"What's the problem?" Valorie asked. "Yeah?" I asked for an explanation. "The guard wo-" Aaron was cut off. "Ah! No! No problem. Come right on.I'll guide you to the nearest village here." The guard called up to the others to open the gate.
"Hmph!" Aaron pouted and then whispered in my ears, "We'll be safe and sound, seduce and act flattered around that gaurd." Then Aaron whisked away from me and left me with the guard and the other's behind. He wants me to seduce this oaf?! And act all flattered?! Is he kidding with me? If he wants me to do that, than I'll do just that!
I pointed all my attention to the guard, trying to get Aaron regretting that he had made me do this. Once past the gate, I started my plan.
I saw a small rock ahead and waited till me and the guard neared it. Then I pretended that I tripped over it. The guard came to my rescue, and I got Aaron's attention too, he growled ahead and then went to his business again. "Oh me! I'm sorry! Thank you. I'm quite clumsy you see." I tell the guard, luring him in the trap.
He rubbed the back of his head and said "Hahaha, no problem, a lady such as you should not be here. You're not used to it aye?" I nodded and smirked behind the fake mask. I nod.
Next, I flip my hair back, the wind making it flutter. The guard was clearing his throat and then said, "My, miss, you have beautiful hair." I looked back at him with a smile. "Why thank you. No ones ever said such a nice thing to me!" I gave a little giggle with it.
