Kortnii's POV

I sat down in between Josh and Vince. "Hey what did the devil want?" Vince asked, pointed towards an angry Emily. "Well nothing just decided to bag on me today. It's a record she hasn't talked to me in a total of five days, not counting the weekends." I said, pulling out my laptop. "Wow that is a record" Josh said. I nodded and opened up my email. I had two unread emails one from my mother and another from, wait what? Cindi!?!?

I clicked on Cindi's email and this is what it said,

Hey Kortnii,

Don't ask how I got your email because I will not tell. Anyways, I just wanted to finish telling you that what you did Saturday was really cool and I hope we can hang out sometime.

And I thought this whole parade deal was done and over with. Cindi Campbell wanted to hang out with me? I didn't trust her; I mean she is sweet and all but also friends with Emily and Katy. I really didn't feel like taking any chances, but I replied to the email anyways.

Cindi,

Thanks a lot for your support but the parade is over and done with. I would love to hang out but under certain circumstances and by circumstances I mean you are popular and friends with the stupidest, meanest people in school. I could never hang out in fear that something bad will happen. When you decide to join the good side, email me.

"Did Cindi somehow get your email?" Josh asked. I nodded. "Super stalker" he replied and went back to reading his book. I shut down the laptop and put it away. "So" Scarlett said as we walked down to second period. Jonny, as always, by our side. "Heard Cindi got your email. That's a stalker move." "You're telling me" I replied. "I really can't see how people find out personal information on people. What's next? She's gonna find my cell number and text me? This pure and utter insanity!"

"it is, just the thought of people finding out where you live is creepy" Jonny commented.

"I know, and I swear if it is a plan to humiliate me then Cindi, Katy, Emily, and the rest of them have no life." I said.

"True that."

We walked into second period and sat in the front row, Scarlett at my left and Jonny behind me. "Okay class so today we will be talking about-" Mrs. Garcia, our science teacher started to say. I zoned out, too busy doodling on my spiral when Scarlett put a piece of paper on my leg.  'Hey, meet me after class I got some stuff to give you and some exciting news! :)' I wrote back 'okay cool: P’ and passed the note back to her.

After second, I walked over to Scarlett's locker. As she opened the door she said, "You are so gonna freak when you see this!!" She pulled out a small cardboard box and handed it to me. "This is just the beginning; the rest is up at the house!" I opened the already unsealed box and gasped in shock. "Oh My Jinxx" I said, pausing after each word. I really couldn't believe it. In the box were nine tickets and backstage passes to a My Chemical Romance concert! "How did you get these?" I asked my mouth still wide open.

"I didn't want to tell you this but last week I won a contest and got all these for free!! and since your birthday so happens to be on the day of the concert I-" "OH MY GOSH! THANK YOU THANK YOU THAAANK YOUUU!" I screamed jumping up and down and hugging her. I had the feeling that people were staring, but I didn't care I was in the moment! after my Little fan girl fest I gave the box back to her and asked. "So what's in the other box or boxes?" She laughed and said, "Well there is actually two, one for me and one for you. But I WILL NOT tell you what's in them it's a secret." I groaned I really couldn't wait to get over there and tear open those boxes.

But instead I asked, "What are you gonna do with all the tickets?" She breathed in heavily and said, "well, I'm giving them to the group there is eight of us right? That just leaves one more so... I was thinking of giving it to uhh Cindi?" "What?" I asked, clearly confused. "Yeah well I just thought she might want to go"
