His Possession...

Leahs Pov
I woke up in early in the morning which was very unusual for me to do! The sun was shining a lot through my double gazed windows.

I got my clothes ready and placed them on my bed. Aunty had to leave early to go to work and Sophia was still in bed. "Sophiaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" I yelled. "What?" She groaned. "Get your lazy ass up and get ready. It's almost time for you to go college." I said.

I went the bathroom, did a toilet, brushed my teeth and washed my face with a cleanser face wash.

After all that, I got ready in my black jeans, with a navy blue t-shirt and my black heeled ankle boots.

I went downstairs to find Sophia eating breakfast. "Byee, I'm off early because I need to pick up Layla and Waliya!" I said.
"Bye." Sophia said.

I arrived at Waliya's house, then Layla's. Ameera is going to make her way with Zayn.

We got to school and we went to my locker.

"I wanna see the picture with you and Adam pleaseee!" Layla pleaded. "No, wait how did you find out about that?" I asked curiously. "Oh shit! She doesn't know." Waliya said. "Know what! If you don't tell me I will never talk to you again!" I yelled.

"Ummm... Apparently on Adam's WhatsApp picture he put your selfie with him on, Ameera told us and before Zayn told her." Layla said. "Oh my god, seriously I shouldn't have sent it to him!"

I showed them the picture and someone in a deep, mad tone said, "Who the fuck is that?" I looked up to see Aqeel. I was scared. He's back! But how? "Ummm. It's no one." I said, quickly as I shoved my phone in my pocket, "Don't fucking lie to me!" He shouted.

The bell rang! Thank God. But what is he doing here? "What in the world is he doing here?" Layla asked, she was just as scared as I was. "Why doesn't he understand that you never liked and will never like him?!" Waliya shouted.

I was terrified thinking about this. I had Maths again and couldn't face Adam. What would he do when he finds out? I can't tell him. I'll just act normal.

"Hey." Adam said.
"Heyy, did you get my lipstick?" Acting as casual as I could.
"Yhh, but it's in my car."
"No problem, I'll get it later." I said not making eye contact.
"Is anything wrong? Your just really quiet that's all." He said.
"Yh everything's-"

Just as I was about to talk. Aqeel barged in the classroom.

"What the fuck are you doing with him!" He yelled.

"Look. I don't know why your being so possessive! I don't like you Aqeel and I never did or will. Why don't you get that in your thick skull? Why are you back anyways? Seriously! Please just leave me alone!" I screamed.

"You will regret this!" And he ran out of the class.
Tears were forming and started to drip. I ran out of the class and heard someone chase after me, it was Adam.

I turned around and said, "What do you want?"
"Are you ok Leah?"
"Do I look okay?" I carried on walking. He grabbed my arm.

"Look at me Leah. Tell me who he is. I'll sort him out. I promise he won't go near you again!" He said.
"Adam. Please leave it. It's not that simple. He won't go away so fast. In fact he won't stop until he gets what he wants. You know what I'll just ignore it!" I said.

"No. Leah please just tell me who he is and why he's bothering you. I don't like seeing you sad." He wiped my tears and brought me closer. I let it go. Literally, I cried and cried until he calmed down. I felt so relaxed near him like before.

"Well in high school, he would always do these silly bets with his friends. I wasn't a very social person so I moved away from people as I felt uncomfortable. One of his bets were to try make me his. It worked for all the other girls but I never went for it. Every single day he tried and tried but failed. One day I was walking home and he grabbed me and pushed me against the wall. I couldn't breathe. He tried leaning in for a kiss but I didn't let him. Luckily, I kicked him and ran away. I then bumped into your brother and he basically saved me. He rang the police and Aqeel was sent to jail and now he's back. When I arrived home, I was so scruffy that my Aunty thought I had sex. She didn't listen to what I had to say, so instead she hit me."
