Leah's POV
"Okay, here it goes. I just wanted to say to all of you that I will miss Adam and Leah very much. I'm not the best speaker but I just wanted to let you know that, Leah and Adam are just simply cute and adorable.
Everyone here must be thinking the same because it's true. They wouldn't be missed by me only but their entire family and friends. Leah, your an angel and I am so thankful to have a daughter in law, like you. Adam, your my everything and it's painful to see you both go but I know it's for the best. I want to carry on but I can't because I know I will get incredibly emotional. More than I am now. May God bless you two." Mum stopped talking and came walking towards me, hugging me.
"That was so cute." I said crying. "Awwh, Leah stop crying darling." Mum said wiping my tears. "Ahaha, look the tigeress is crying. Who knew she had a soft side." I heard Dante remark. Mum went to Adam and hugged him too. I turned around and slapped his head again. "Merda che fanno male!" (Shit that hurt)!
Dante muttered. "Shame you deserved it. Don't think I didn't hear your sly remark." I said putting my hands on my hips.
"Oops, sorry." He said. You can tell he meant it. "Friends, again?" Dante asked rubbing his head and extending his hands. I shook his hand. "Friends, but I swear make sly remarks like that watch." I said letting go.
I turned around and hugged Adam. "You smell nice." Adam said sniffing my hair. "I know I do." I said smirking.
He quickly pecked my lips. "Adam! There's people around!" I groaned. "So what, I'll do anything for them lips." He said whispering into my ear. "Ew." I yelled.
I tried running away but he quickly grabbed me by my waist and spun me around. "AGH!" I yelled. "Adam, you lovesick boy!" Cameron groaned shaking his head. I looked at him and laughed. "Omg, lovesick boy." I said. I got away from Adam's grip and sat beside Sophia and Ameera.
"Hey, how was it?" I asked. "Amazing." Her head was down and she was fiddling with her fingers. "Sophia, what's wrong?" I asked her. Silence. "Sophia, please." I said lifting her chin up. Her eyes were red and tears were strolling down her face. "Why are you crying? Did Samuel do something to you?!" I asked. "No, Leah. He didn't. Samuel is actually amazing. But, I don't want you to leave." She said crying. "Sophia." I whispered, my tears also strolled down my face.
I hugged her and we were crying on each other for five minutes. "What about me?" I heard Ameera asking. "Oh, come here." I said stretching my arm out. We had a group hug. "Please, can we stop crying." I said wiping their tears away then mine. "Let's just enjoy ourselves." I said.
...
"Leah!" Samuel yelled. "Dad wants to talk to you!" He said grabbing my arm and yanking me off the seat. We approached dad and he sat down crying on Khadija. "Dad?" I asked. He looked up with bloodshot eyes smiling at me. "Leah." He got up and hugged me."Daddy, please don't cry." I said wiping his tears away with my thumb.
"Your leaving me dear, of course I'm going to cry." Dad said smiling. "But dad, please don't cry. For me?" I said pulling out my puppy dog face. "Oh Leah, I can't believe your leaving. Do you know when you was a little baby, you were the best thing that had ever happened to me. I remember holding you for the first time in the hospital. You grabbed my finger and squeezed it. Your first word was 'dada' you tried saying daddy, but as soon as you said it you made me happy because I knew what you were trying to say.
I was the most happiest man ever. The day you came home for the first time ever, I used to pull a sickie everyday off work, just to play with my little angel. Your mum always used to scold me." I knew dad couldn't carry on anymore.
