Bad Influences A 'Meeting' and Shock News...

I looked around everywhere in the house to see if aunty and Sophia are home. But unfortunately they weren't. I went into the kitchen to see if my aunty left me a note and luckily she did! It said,
"Leah! As soon as you get this note please call me."
I quickly rang her but she didn't pick up! I was scared and terrified, anything can happen. Thank God I got the Iphone 6s! I could quickly track her down to see where she is smart huh?

I ran as fast as I could to my car and found my aunty's location. She was at her mum's.

I arrived and knocked on the door. Aunty Hanifa opened it with her eyes puffy and red. "Aunty, what's wrong I tried ringing you but you didn't answer. Oh my God! Are you ok?" I hugged her.

She took me to her mum's living room. "Do you know when I told you about Sophia 'coming of age'. Well she doesn't wanna get married to the person I chose for her! Leah what shall I do? And the worst thing is she wants to get married to someone who is way out of our religion.

"She wants to get married to a-" she cried and cried. I patted her back and brought her closer for a hug. "Aunty. Shush please don't worry. Anyways who did you want her to get married to?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Well, this family I have recently come across. They have got a good background. They are successful. They basically have ticked all my boxes. I am good friends with his mum. He is called Adam. Adam Khaliq."

I was utterly shocked. Seriously! I phased out for a few seconds but aunty's wailing brought me back. "I can't believe my daughter wants to get married to a chinese boy.

"I have given her everything she wanted. I brought her up to be a good person and now look.

It was hard for me to be a father figure aswell." She placed her head on my shoulder.

I guess I need to stay away from Adam then because I definitely know this marriage WILL and I mean WILL happen!

"Aunty how do you she wants to get married to a chinese person?" I asked. "I know I shouldn't have but I checked her phone. I seen the pictures of them. His face just makes me want to slap him. Leah!" She said holding my hand. "Hon, you must not tell her. Please I am begging you. Her and Adam must get married. It's the only way I ever will be happy."
"Um... Yes Aunty no problem." I said.

Aunty was going to stay at her mum's so I decided to head back home.

When I opened the door with my keys, I saw Sophia with a boy inside the house. "Sophia, what is he doing here and who is he?" She looked drunk. I went up to her to smell her and that strong smell of alcohol hit me so fast, I became dizzy.

"Shut up Leah he is just my boyfriend and in two days he's going be my fiancée." She said. The boy looked at me. He laughed under his breath. "Get the hell out now!" I beamed pointing at the door. He quickly ran. "Who do you think you are telling him to leave. You cow!"

"Erm excuse me. Your the one who is driving your mum insane. You are the one who will one day give her a heart attack. Why don't you listen to what she wants for you!" I yelled.
"Listen, you dog. God knows why your even here. Ever since you started living here all you have been doing is bum licking my mum ok! Just because you don't have a mum and you got abused. Boo hoo. No one likes sad ass stories like them so I suggest you get the fuck outta here!"

I can't believe she said that. Sophia who is like a sister to my. My best friend. Has said all them words.

The very girl who was shy to say Hi to the teachers. That very girl who never used to come out of her comfort zone! And now look at her, she never looked at boys the way she looks at that idiot now. I grabbed her arm and pulled her into her room.
