Leah's POV
The Next Day
Why is it that I can't sleep? Looking at my phone, I see that it's 6:00 am. I got up and made my way to the bathroom. Just as I was about to wash my face, I realised I looked like an ugly zombie. My hair was everywhere, which looked like a birds nest. I had big black eye bags and my skin has become more pale as the days go by. My lips are no longer pink but it has nasty, dry skin hanging out.
No wonder Adam cheated on me.I sighed and washed my face, making my way to my bedroom.
I left my nightie on and went downstairs as I was completely bored.
I turned the TV on and I began to catch up with KUWTK.
...
I was literally glued to the screen. As I fast forwarded the show, all I heard was the clock going Ding Dong. I grabbed my phone and realised it was 12:30. Shit! I ran upstairs and quickly got changed.
Looking outside, It was all gloomy and dull. There were no birds. The trees looked dead and the weather so goes with my mood. Depressing. After getting changed, I just filled my eyebrows and left it at that.
I then ran downstairs and saw Sophia making breakfast. "Good morning." I said to Sophia. All I received was complete utter silence. All she did was put my yummy pancakes on the table and made her way to the living room.
I quickly yammed down my pancakes and when I got up my head began to throb. What if Sophia drugged the pancakes? Nah, she isn't that evil. I searched through the cupboards looking for paracetamol and luckily I found them.
Making my way upstairs, someone knocked on the door. I felt so lazy that I screamed for Sophia to open it. "SOPHIA!! OPEN THE DOOR!" After screaming, I went upstairs to lie down.
Sophia's POV
Why does she scream so loud? I went to the door and opened it to see, Adam's parents. What a surprise. Note the sarcasm. "Hi." I said pulling out a fake smile. "Please come in, shall I call Leah?"
"No, we are here to talk to you Sophia." Aunty said. They made there way to the living room.
"Sophia, please can you bring Leah back to our house. We need her." Uncle said. I gave them a wait what? look. Aunty began speaking,
"She's the missing piece of our family, the missing piece of Adam's life. Without her, he's lost and he cannot find his way back. Please Sophia we need her. Adam didn't really kiss Sarah in fact she kissed him! She threw herself on him. Yesterday, I heard him saying that he still loves her and will always love her. I also heard him swearing at Sarah for doing all those things she did to Leah. He finally realized the truth. HE realized Leah is the one."
"Seriously!" I said with a shocked face. "Yes, dear. He even kicked her out of the house."
"Wow. He really loves her doesn't he." I said.
"Yes Sophia. I really love her." I turned around to see Adam. His eyes were bloodshot red and you can tell he was crying. Now he's got a scruff beard and his hair was all over the place. On his hand was the locket he gave Leah. I remember how special the locket meant to her when she told me.
Adams POV
I wanted to text you to tell you I miss you. I miss the late night talks. I miss the texting all day. I know I have been a complete utter dog. But I miss you. Mostly I miss us. What we had was so special. What we had was a complete fairytale. What we had was real. I could never send this because I know you don't feel the same.
