Steven invites Y/N to take a walk with him. While Y/N thinks it is a perfect time to stretch, Steven thinks it is the perfect time to tell how he feels about her/him.

We warped back from a mission after a couple of hours, everyone was tired excluding me of course so I thought about walking around beach city. I really didn't want to go by myself so I thought about asking Y/N 'cause believe it or not I might have a crush on her. I've been having this feeling for about six years so when we were about twelve I started having a crush on Y/N. I walked up to Y/N and she was talking to Pearl about training so I waited until they noticed me.
"Oh Steven I didn't see you there" Pearl said
"Would you like anything" Y/N said softly as she/he looked into my eyes
"I..uh..wondered if you wanted to go walk around with me" I said while blushing
"Sure"
I walked away and sat on the couch while Pearl and Y/N finished their conversation. Y/N came up to me a few minutes later and we walked to the door, I opened the door for her. We walked for a short amount of time until Y/N broke the silence.
"So is there any reason you wanted me to come with you"

"I didn't want to go alone" Steven said
"Oh...I see"
"Hey I have a question about your powers"
"Okay say it bro"
"Okay you know all of those symbols all over your body"
"How do you know about those"
"Well remember I walked in and you were naked"
"Yes I remember" I said as I remembered all of the details
"Well what do they do, why do they glow"
"Well like your gem my symbols give me my power"
"Wow" Steven said with star eyes
"And why didn't you knock"
"Well the gems told me you left"
"Mmm"
"Well you walked in on me naked before"
"Yeah well that was a different feeling because you didn't seem fazed, you even walked up to me to say hey"
"I didn't know better" Steven blushed
"Well we both saw each other naked and we are still friends" I grinned
"Yeah about that"
"Yes Steven"
"Well I...never mind"
I walked in front of Steven and he stopped.
"Steven if you have anything to say...you can say it to me" I said while I intertwined my hands with his to comfort him
"Well I like you"
"Like like you"
"When I saw you naked something just sparked inside me" Steven said
"Your curves...your personality........you overall is just perfect"
I slid my hands on his shoulder while he slid his on my hips.
"Y/N I love you" he whispered in my ear
"I love you" I said as our lips intertwined
