Y/N's Pov
I stood in the café where I worked at. Honestly, I don't want to be here at all but someone has to put food on the table.
"Will that be all"
"Yes...thank you"
Not many customers said thank you so when I did get a thank you, it would always make my day.
"15.00 dollars"
"Here"
I took the money quickly placing it in the cash register. The clock reached 8:00pm which meant I could leave. After cleaning up all the leftover grub I left.
Le Time skip to House
I opened my door to see my landlord waiting for me.
"Um...Hello"
He did nothing but frown at me.
"This is Bob...she is your new neighbor but I don't have the new apartment ready yet-"
"Sure boss" I shrugged
Bob gave me a wave as she was walking outside. I went to my apartment to change before following her.
"Hey are you okay"
"No I'm Bob" She said nonchalantly
"Well I am Y/N" I said as I held my hand out
"Nice to meet you I guess" She replied as she took my hand to shake it
"So um can you show me around"
"Sure Bob"
We got up then entered my apartment.
"Okay Lapis this the living room then that is the kitchen and this is where you'll be sleeping"
"Thank you for letting me stay"
"No problem...that's what friends do"
I got blankets for the couch.
"But don't you want to sleep in your room"
"I'm okay, plus I want you to be
comfortable"
"Sure then"
Lapis walked into my room and closed the door.
I laid on the couch watching the time tick.
9:00
10:00
11:00
I dosed off.
*moan*
*moan*
My eyes snapped open when I heard the sounds coming from my room. I got up before opening my door to find Lapis holding herself tightly like she is trying to resist someone. My feet is faster than my head because I ran to her aid as fast as I could to her.
"BOB" I yelled as I shook her
Her eyes shot open as she hugged me tightly.
"Don't let them get me"
"Who"
"Homeworld"
I held her in my arms as her tears streamed down my neck. I squirmed a bit but she didn't notice.
"What is your real name"
"Lapis"
"Okay Lapis that is a beautiful name and as long as I am here no one will harm you"
We just met what am I saying.
She nuzzled my neck eventually I heard a snore.
Minus well stay here.
I closed my eyes.
