Lapis's gem gets shattered which leaves Y/N into depression. Y/N haven't been off the beach for a couple months and the time there helped her/him think about her relationship with Lapis

"LAPIS"
"LAPIS WHERE ARE YOU"
"Y/N" I heard a voice say painfully
I ran to the source of the voice hoping it wasn't who I thought it was.
"Y/N"
I saw Lapis on the floor with a sword shoved up her back also blood was dripping down her stomach.
"Lapis" My voice cracked
"Y/N" Her eyes closed as if she was fading out of existence
"Lapis wait I can get you out of here"
"Don't please Y/N listen"
I sat there waiting for her to continue.
"I know I can't and won't make it out of here but I just wanted you to know that none of this is your fault so please don't feel sad" Lapis gave me a warm smile before her breathing became heavy
I sat by her side because I wasn't going to leave her alone at her last minutes.
"Goodbye"

I woke up on those words.
I sighed as I got up off the sand of the beach.
"Lapis if I was to take that sword out of your gem you could of lived"

I calmed back down knowing that she didn't like when I blamed myself but it was so hard to live without her. I sat back on the sand this time getting closer to the water.
"Ya know Lapis it's hard to live with out you" I weakly smiled at the water like she would be right there
"Remember when we were little gemlings like 14,000 and it was your birthday"

"Happy birthday to you"
I heard that in the distance as I sat in the corner of the classroom where they trained us. I've been crying for a while now but everyone seems to go pass, honestly I'm used it. My family died in a invasion that was led by Yellow Diamond, she wanted to catch me because some type of "Demon" was inside me that is controlled by my emotion. I curled up in a ball, the pain was getting to hard to bare but I stopped crying.
"Honey where are you going"
"Over here mom"
I felt that her mom had a bit of hesitation about letting her come next to me but at the end she was allowed to see me. I sat still hoping she would go away but she still sat next to me with an object in her hand. My ears heard a cling of metal causing me to jump a little. A warm hand touched my stomach, making me look up. Lapis held the plate in her hand gesturing for me to take it.
"I thought you might want a bite"
I sat up onto my knees and pointed to myself.
"Yea silly who else"
