(Chapter 1)

"Unexpected Crossing"

Selest Rosmary Night Pov:

I opened my eyes from my long rested sleep. The sun was seething through the blinds, and blinded me as I was opening my eyes. I took in a deep breath.It smelled like that smell when it's going to rain. My window was open because it was a little too warm from the heater so I opened it up in the middle of the night.

I got out of my bed searching the floor for my bunny slippers. Strange they aren't there. I looked around my room. This is horrible I never start my mornings with out my slippers. They are so comfortable. I know I'm helpless.

I went to the living room on my tippy toes because the floor was so cold. They aren't here either?!

I went to the kitchen to find my huskey Mickey sleeping on them. Figures because Mickey always takes my shoes.

He peered his head up at me, and gave me a doggy grin. I laughed at his silliness which always made my day. He got up and came over to me with my slippers in his mouth, and placed them in front of my feet. Then he bowed his head down to me as if I was a princess.

I curtsied in response and put my feet into the slippers feeling the warmth, and puffiness of the cotton.

I wanted to go outside today because I loved it when it rained.

"To the bathroom, sir Mickey" I said in my best super hero voice with my hands above my waist.

He barked at me in response, and we ran to the bathroom. We did the usual. I gave Mickey his weekly bath. I got in the shower, and then brushed my teeth.

It was winter so that ment sweatpants, and rain boots. Along with the winter coat. Hat and gloves. The usual. I went to my bedroom going to my walk in closet.

I picked out pink sweatpants. With my baby blue rain boots. With my baby blue coat. I had a matching pair of hats, and gloves so that went on me too.

My parents are rich so they gave me enough money for me to live off for more then sixty years. That's what they mostly gave me. Money. No love, and care. That was the nannies job I guess.

I put Mickeys snow boots on along with a hat, and scarf.

He doesn't need a leash. He's perfectly trained by me.

We walked out the front door breathing in the cold air, and breathing out to see our breath in the air. I locked the door, and Mickey went ahead of me.

The wind was blowing my blond hair into my face. My blue eyes were tearing from the cold air. This was our usual trail, but I felt like something strange was going to happen in the woods today.

I let Mickey walk free tapping his nose first. This ment he knew to come home after his walk. Then we separated.

I took a new trail besides the one we take almost everyday. The dormant trees were sleeping like silent people. Just dreaming of a new spring to come, and warm up their cold barks along with their branches.

Then I heard leaves crunching in the distance. Maybe Mickey took a crossing trail. So I ran to where I heard the noise.

I stood frozen before the sight in front of me. A man no a angel no a demon. He had large white and black angel wings. Tattoos were running up his arms. His hair was raven black, and it was long. At least up to his waist.

It was such a beautiful sight. Then he turned around. His eyes were blue, black, and red. He was definitely on the muscular side. He had a cloth rapped around his waist.

Why I don't feel the need to run? It was like a attraction between us, but it was invisible for us not to see. He just stood there looking straight at my eyes. He opened his mouth, and took a deep breath. Then I saw he had a few sharp teeth as he closed his mouth.

I asked the most dumbest question any person can to a unknown being.

"Um are you...Um lost"I asked hoping it was a yes secretly inside.

"No because I finally found you" he whispered with his deep voice sending immense shivers through out my body.
