Dear Dad,

Happy Birthday to me, as of a few days ago. I don't feel any different even though I'm an adult now.. I still can't legally drink, so ...I'm not an adult yet? Whatever..

So... prom was okay? I guess I don't really have to explain it to you, but there's not a lot to this letter and I want there to be..so please endure my boring recap.

I think it was Hollywood themed; I couldn't really tell. Our runaway cousin was there, though! She looked amazing! Her dress was green with silver beads and sequins decorating it and it was strapless, silhouette and had a mermaid tail? I don't know the proper words to describe it.. So.. you'll have to make do with that.. Point is, she was gorgeous in it and kinda made me feel like a child in my own dress.. I mean, I looked at it later and realized I might've looked like a pixie in my pink and lilac dress.. I liked it, but maybe I could've done better? Oh well, I don't have to do all that again.

Anyways, prom. The dance itself was like every other dance you can go to, just more fancy. It was as loud and boring as that teen dance Jessi and I went to when we were like, twelve or fourteen-fifteen.. Yeah... I only went so I could say that I went to my prom- it's a one-time thing, so..yeah.
