Dear Dad,
Well, it finally happened. I knew it was coming. I got let go from my job. I'm not surprised or even upset about it. What sucked about it, though, is that I went in to work, ready to work and all, and then they told me that I no longer had a job there before I started my shift.
Like, why bother assigning me to any shifts that week if you're firing me? You couldn't have called me so I didn't have to waste my getting ready for work and coming up here only to be told that I no longer have a job?
Well..they did need their uniform back, so I guess that was their way of ensuring that they got it back.
As I said to you when I got home, now I can look for a better job.
