• Chapter 2: Hot Pink Hair Dye •

"VIOLET SNOW! I WILL END YOU!" My brother roared, anger etching in his facial expression. His hands curled into tight fists.

I felt a laughter bubble up inside me as I spotted a bright pink head rushing towards me in the crowd.

I couldn't help but laugh as I ran, dodging a whole lot of people. It was much harder than it seems especially when you are laughing.

I saw another purple haired figure rush to me. Red face and tight lips. Jack came into scene.

Both of them were running in opposite directions towards me.
I screamed and ran into a bathroom

Once I was in there, I rushed towards a small cubicle.

They wouldn't come in here. Right? I was more trying to convince myself.
There was footsteps. They sounded weird. It wasn't the usual clanking of heels, they were loud thuds that hit the ground with clunk.

"Mmm" someone suddenly said. That certainly didn't sound like a girl.

"Well- I'd say you are hiding from someone. A friend? Mmm or maybe a boyfriend?"

Someone suddenly said. A male, defiantly. He had a deep voice, husky.

"Why are you in the girls bathroom?" I asked.

"Oh sweetheart, you are so wrong" he said "Tell me something though, is it a boyfriend? Because this isn't the best place to hide if it is"

Then the thought popped in my mind.

The truth dawned on me, I hadn't checked the sign. I was in the guys bathroom.

"Or is it because you just want to see the D?" The guy said. I imagined him smiling.

"Is anyone else out there?" I asked.

The guy was quite for a while, I think he was checking because his loud shoes thudded as he walked around and finally answered with a simple "no"

"Thank goodness" I said relieved. I opened the stall, ready to dash out when I saw him.
This guy was gorgeous- even that was an understatement.

Dark brown wavy hair, emerald eyes. Was it just him or was it seriously getting hotter in here?

He smirked, amusement in his eyes. "Defiantly the last one" he said clicking his tongue.
"What?" I said snapping out of my dazed state.
"You want the D" he grinned, two dimples on his cheeks.
"Wait- what?" I said glancing at him with widened eyes. "No- I was hiding from my-"
"Boyfriend?" He said rising an eyebrow.
I scoffed. "No"
Then I heard it, two voices I knew all to well. My brothers. I grabbed the seriously hot guy by his black shirt and pulled him into the stall with me.

"When I find Violet she is gonna get it!" Jack said loudly irritation in his voice. "It's fucking purple"

"At least it isn't pink" Jake moaned.

Earlier that day:

A shrill ring pulled me out of my dreams and back to reality. I groaned and opened a lazy eye. I was lying down on the bed, squished in between Magenta and Scarlet. A large empty bowel of popcorn resting on my stomach.

I heard Scarlet reach for her phone and slap it.

"Wake up" she croaked to us.

I sighed and opened both of my eyes.

"I don't want to" Magenta mumbled in her sleep.

"Yeah- let's just stay here" I mumbled.

"Okay" Scarlet replied, I nodded and started drifting back to sleep when I heard a loud bang.
