I woke up a few hours later to make breakfast for Chancelor before his flight. As I was putting some grits on a plate, I felt arms wrap securely around my waist before I felt pecks on the side of my neck.
"Mornin," he spoke as he continued kissing my cheek, nibbling on it softly.
"Good morning," I said as I finished making his plate.
"I'm all packed and ready to go," he told me in between bites as I ate my biscuit.
"That's good, at least you'll be on time." I said as I read the clock: 4:28am.
"Yeah," he mumbled as he finished his meal drinking his glass of orange juice. "Come sit with me?" He asked as he sat on the couch. "Until I have to leave," he said.
"Okay," I agreed as I carried my plate in hand.
I sat on his lap as I leaned on his chest. He rubbed my thigh soothingly as I continued eating.
"Lord knows how much I am going to miss you," he mumbled as he stole a piece of my bacon munching on it immediately.
"I'm gon miss your crumb snatching ass too," I chuckled slightly taking this all in.
I told him I wouldn't cry and I'm trying not to.
"I can't wait to come back home to you and our child," he rambled on as he bent down to kiss my stomach.
"Me either," I replied as I smiled at the thought of us actually being a family.
"You ready to take me now?" He asked as he carried me to our bedroom placing me on the bed gently as he kissed the side of my neck.
"Mhm," I hummed as I put my Nike slides on preparing to drive him to the airport.
After I grabbed his carry on and he grabbed his two suitcases, we were out the door packing the car.
"This is only the beginning for us," he told me as I pulled off down the street.
"Mhm," I hummed.
The ride to the airport was then filled with silence until I put the car in park. I got out of the car placing his carry on on his back and helping him take out the suitcases.
"I love you okay?" he said before he pecked my lips.
"I love you too," I said deepening the kiss grabbing the side of his face.
"Not here baby, I gotta go." he smirked against my lips.
"I'll call you when I land and get settled." he said before he pecked my forehead. "I love yall and I'll be back soon," he said before bending down and kissing my stomach. "Keep in contact with Taylor too if you need anything immediately." he said as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"I'm going to miss you," I said as I squeezed him tighter not wanting to let go.
"I'm going to miss you too, but I gotta go mama" he said as he kissed my cheek.
"Okay," I gave up. "Don't forget to call me, I'll be up early tomorrow waiting." I told him.
"I won't," he replied. "See you later," he pecked my lips one last time.
"Okay," I said as I watched him leave me going into the terminal.
Once he disappeared from my view, I turned around and got back into the car.
As I turned the car on, his song Pusha Man blared through the speakers.
I'll take you to land, where the table made of sand
And the milk don't pour and the honey don't dance
And the money ain't yours
I rapped the lyrics bobbing my head to the beat.
I'm your pusha man, I'm your I'm your pusha man
Na na na na na na na na na na na na na
I missed my baby already.

"Hey B," Brian called out to me.
"Huh?" I asked as I was in the kitchen chopping up some tomatoes and bell peppers.
"Can Jerome come over for dinner?" He asked. "Now before you ask, it's cus he got some family problems going on and my nigga ain't been eating lately." he explained.
"Yes, tell him to come on over." I replied.
I always had a soft spot for Brian's friends who were going through certain unfortunate situations.
As I finished chopping the tomatoes and peppers, I started preparing our meal. I was jamming to Chance's whole Acid Rap mixtape to keep me in good spirits.
Chance, acid rapper, soccer, hacky sacker
Cocky khaki jacket jacket
Slap-happy faggot slapper
Iraqi rocket lancher
Shake that Laffy Taffy, jolly raunchy rapper
Bang, bang, bang, skeet, skeet, skeet
She do that thang for three retweets
The album fell like '92
I rapped along as Brian joined me.
Now take that ball 'fore he three-peat
Chance, hoe, acid head, cruising on that LSD
Asked Joseph about my deal
He looked back said "hell yeah, let's eat!"
I nodded my head to the rest of the song just randomly rapping his parts before I was finished dinner.
"I'm gon get the door for Jerome," Brian told me as he left the kitchen.
"Aye my nigga," I heard Brian say to him as I watched them from the kitchen.
"Hey Briana," Jerome spoke to me.
"Hey Jerome," I responded before I made their plates.
"What's this?" Jerome asked as I got offended by his words.
"What do you mean?" I asked him.
"What type of chicken is this? This bomb bruh," he spoke putting me at ease.
"Ohh, it's chicken cacciatore." I responded. "You can take some to go, I don't mind." I flashed him a quick smile as I drank from my water bottle.
"Okay cool, I'll do that." he said as we finished eating our food in silence.
I was now in my bed leaning against the headboard reading my book.
"Hey Briana," Brian called appearing in my doorway.
"Yes?" I asked sitting the book down beside me.
"Can Jerome spend the night?" he asked.
"Yeah sure," I said. "You need anything?" I asked.
"Nah, I know where everything is." he told me. "Goodnight, love you" he spoke.
"Good night, I love you too." I said as he left my room closing the door.
After laying in the dark for about ten minutes, I knew I couldn't sleep. I went to the chair that is sitting in the corner of my room and I retrieved one of Chancelor's shirts. I laid down holding the shirt as his scent lingered in my nose putting me at ease. Before I knew it, I was asleep.
