2nd year in Konoha High School

Part XXIX

Ino

"Since we only have one more week until school starts... Sai and I were thinking that we all should go to the beach and stay there for the week. It's already Monday and we can come back on Friday so we can get ready for school on the weekend. I already payed for our hotel so you don't have to worry. So you guys coming?" I said with full excitement.

Sai was right beside me. It was actually his idea, but he usually doesn't like to do the talking.

"Count me in!" Naruto yelled as Hinata nodded right away.

"Sure... hopefully it won't be a drag Ino." Shikamaru sighed.

Temari nudged him on the shoulder which made Shikamaru yelled in pain. "I think it would be awesome to come. I do need to get a tan after all." She mentioned.

"Me too Temari! I would also like to go." TenTen blurted out as Lee gave a thumbs up.

"Will there be food? If so I'll go too!" Choji asked as he started to rub his stomach, thinking about food again.

"Since Temari is going I guess Garra and I will go too." Konkoro added.

"I'll go too. Maybe I'll meet some hot chicks their." Kiba smirked.

"And I doubt any of them will want to be with you." Shino added. Everyone started to laugh. "I'll go as well." He shrugged.

That only one left is Sakura. She was just standing there. I know her mind was saying no, but I know she wanted to be with her friends. I feel sorry for the girl. If I lost Sai for that long, I don't know what I would do. I went up to her and put my hand on her shoulder. "You are invited if you want to come. Just to remind you."

She than thought of what I said and started to speak, "I'll go. I should try and get my mind off of things and have fun in the water."

I nodded and than started to talk to everyone. "That's great! We will be leaving at 3! Here are your tickets." I handed them out to everyone. I was so glad that everyone was coming. It's already noon so I think 3 hours will be a good amount of time for them to get packed up.

"Well we better get going because our house is a long walk." Temari added.

"Alright! Well I'll see you guys back here at my flower shop at 3 than! Sya!" They all than left. When they did, Sai and I were getting ready to close the flower shop for the week.

Yes, I own a flower shop so I can pay for the rent of my house. Now that I live alone I should be able to have my own responsibilities. Sai does come to my house most of the time and stays the night since he has no family either.

Once we got all the preparations done with closing the shop, I went home as Sai did too. So we can all get our stuff packed up.

Shikamaru

"You just get your stuff ready Shika. I'll meet you at the flower shop, it's going to take a while. I'm with Garra and Konkoro anyways so you don't need to worry about me." Temari told me.

"Alright. I'll meet you at the shop." I went up to her and gave her a kiss in the forehead. She than left with her brothers as I did too.

I still can't believe that school is in one more week. That means I will have to be waking up early again and it will be difficult taking naps if the teachers will nag at you all the time.

Hopefully this week will be a long one. I don't want it to end.

"You ready?" I asked. TenTen really does pack fast. Usually when she come to my house to spend the night she always packs just one small bag. I always see Ino and Sakura have 3 big bags if they are only staying the night.
