2nd year in Konoha High School

Part XXXIII

Hinata

"Naruto." I whispered to him as I was trying to wake him up.

I than saw his eyes opening very slowly. "H-Hinata?" He looked confused. "What time is it?"

"4:30 in the morning. I told you I have a surprise for you. That's why se slept early last night." I smiled at him. "Are you still sick?"

I than saw his eyes wide open and he got up right away. "Nah! I'm fine. So what is the surprise?" He looked curious has ever.

"You'll see soon Naruto. Just get dressed. We're going to the beach."

He than got up and went into the bathroom to get dressed. I was already dressed. Just was waiting on him as I got my suit case that I will be using once we are on the beach.

Once he came out I asked him, "Are you ready?"

He than gave me a nod. As he did he pointed at what I was holding. "What's that case for?"

"Oh... it's part of the surprise." I giggled. We than walked to the door and locked it behind us, then started heading to the beach.

Naruto

Hinata is really making me suspicious. We already made it to the beach and there we saw a beautiful sunrise. She than put down her suit case on the sand and began to open it.

I was right behind her, curious of what is inside. "Is this the surprise?" I wondered.

"You've already seen half of the surprise Naruto." She giggled as she turned around and looked at me.

I than was looking around my surroundings. "Where? I don't see anything."

She than began to laugh even more. "Naruto..." She than pointed at the red sun rising up. "It's right there." She smiled at me. "Doesn't it look beautiful.

I than followed her finger pointing at the dim, but most romantic sun. My eyes gazed at how beautiful it was, that I was so distracted by it and I didn't see what Hinata was getting out of her suit case.

She than poked my shoulder. My mind got out of trance when I than saw something more beautiful that the sun, my beautiful girlfriend.

"Y-yeah?" I stuttered.

"Are you ready to get your first art lesson from your's truly?" She smiled.

I than looked behind her and saw a canvas set up for me and her. "So is this the surprise?"

She than nodded. "Yep. You've always said you wanted me to improve your artwork ever since we took art class together last year."

I was so surprised. "I still can't believe you remembered that... that was before I-"

"I remember all the things that happened before you left. It's what kept me going with all the training I have done to bring you back."

We than walked over to the two canvases she set up for us. She also brought a blanket to even out the floor and stools for us to sit down while we draw. It looked like we were going to use paint. "How did you know I am not good with water color?" I gave her a teasing look as we sat down on the stools.

"Naruto... we had the same art class together." She giggled as I did too. "What we will do is draw the sunrise. I know you're suppose to take your time in art, but this is only a one time opportunity... so you will have to be quick about it." She explained.

I nodded and than began. Right when I was almost done with the top of the sky, she was already done. I looked at her drawing. "How... How can you make it look so identical? How can you make it looks so amazing. You finished less that 5 minutes!"

She than went over to see how far I did. "Your's isn't that bad either. I see you got the top of the sky perfect, but you need to work a little better on the landscape. The ocean doesn't really match with the sky." Hinata gave me her honest opinion.

I just had a frustrated look on my face. Right before I knew it, the sun was already up too high so I couldn't finish it on time. I than let out a sigh of desperation.

Hinata than began to pack up everything. "Don't worry Naruto. We could always do this some other time." She smiled at me as she finished putting all the supplies away.

We than walked back at the Hotel to wait for our friends to get up.

"Hey everyone! This is Tamaki. She will be going to our school on Monday." Kiba looked so happy when he was introducing us to her.

We were all on the beach in our swim suits just having some lunch Hinata and Temari made. Everyone was looking at Tamaki. She really looked shy. I think I found another Hinata hehe.

I went up to her and pulled out my fist. "Hey Tamaki! My name is Naruto Uzumaki!" I smiled.

She looked confused at first, but than brought her fist out too and then we bumped each others'. She than gave me a small smile. "Kiba has told me a little bit about you and your girlfriend. You guys seem to be a nice couple." She said very quietly.

I began to blush. "Well I could say the same for you and Kiba." I giggled.

Her face than began to turn red. Like... Hinata red! I still remember when Hinata use to blush so much when she ever heard my name or I was around her. I guess this girl has feelings for Kiba.

Kiba than yelled at me. "We're not dating! We are just friends Naruto so just shut up!"

I than began to laugh. "Okay Kiba... but I bet you it will happen some day... believe it." I teased him.

He just gave me a look and walked over to the others, Tamaki following him. Hinata than came up to me and began to whisper in my ear. "It's so obvious that Tamaki likes him. Right Naruto?"

I nodded. "They sorta remind me of us." I began to giggle as she did too.

We than walked over to the others and we were about to eat seconds, but before we could... the food was gone.

"Did you make anymore Temari? I'm still hungry." Choji, the one that ate all the food, asked.

"Choji! Why did you eat all the food!" Ino yelled.

"Look who's talking... Ino pig..." Sakura teased.

We all than began to laugh at this funny scene.

"But seriously... where is the food." Choji added as everyone knew he was just joking around.

"You got everything Naruto? Hinata asked as we were walking out of the Hotel with all our packed supplies.

Today was the day we all go back to Konoha.

"Yea Hinata. I got everything. I'm not that immature y'know."

She began to giggle. "Okay Naruto. Than let's get going, our bus should be coming shortly. I bet you the others are waiting for us."

"I know." We than walked out of the Hotel and went up to the front to give back the key. After that, we both went to the bus stop as we saw we were the last ones there.

"I told you Naruto." Hinata lectures.

I than looked away in a teasing way. "Alright Hinata I can see that you are always right." I sarcastically said.

She than giggled as we got on the bus with the others and were on our way home. Tamaki was coming too. She already did her final duties before parting her town. All of us actually stayed until Sunday, so our first day of school was tomorrow.

We all than were waiting until the bus drops us off to Konoha. I just can't wait to be home!
