Part XL

Naruto

"Slow down Sakura. Tell me everything very slowly." I commanded her. She was speaking so fast that the only word I heard from her was Hinata. She came all the way back to my place just to talk to me and she looks so worried. It's scaring me.

She took a deep breath and began to talk normally. "Hinata... she wasn't at her house. The window was broken and I saw blood on the floor." Sakura began shaking.

I was speechless. I couldn't even move. What could've happened to her? I know she wouldn't do this to herself. I just kept thinking of possibilities of where should could be.

"Naruto?" Sakura broke me out of my trance. "Do you think it is strange that both Orochimaru and Itachi were absent today?" She asked.

I nodded. "What if-"

"I think so too." Sakura interrupted. "It was either Orochimaru or Itachi that could've taken her."

"Or Sasuke." I added.

When I said his name she gasped. I have a feeling she is still in love with him.

"We have to bring him back too while we're at it Sakura." I mentioned in a serious tone.

"How can we!? He doesn't even want to come back!" Sakura looked terrified as ever. I just know she cares for Sasuke. I have to do this for her.

I got up from the couch we were sitting on and walked through the door. "We all I know that you and I can't get Hinata and Sasuke back on our own. Let's call the others."

Sakura that got up and followed me to the door. With a sigh of frustration, she said, "Okay Naruto."

I can't believe that we are all going to try and get Sasuke back. It fills an ache in my stomach just thinking about it. What if he refuses? What if he tries to kill us just by the actions we do to try and get him back?

I need to get this thought out of my mind. I should be thankful for what Naruto is doing for me. I just hope we can bring both of them back.

We went to Ino's flower shop to tell the news about Hinata. Knowing her, she would tell everyone in a flash and we than can begin our mission to bring back Hinata and hopefully Sasuke.

"What!? Hinata... Kidnapped!?" Ino screamed out of worry.

"Yea Ino and we have to save her." Naruto added. He sounded worried for her too. Well anyone would be... but he looks more worried than I have ever seen. If more worried when Sasuke left last year.

Right after we told Ino the information, she got her phone and called everyone. Luckily we told her first since I know she would do this.

Everybody came less than 10 minutes. I'm glad that they are worried for Hinata.

Naruto told everyone the plan of how to rescue Hinata and maybe Sasuke too. His face... I know he is determined to bring Hinata back and Sasuke too. But his face is saying he needs to bring her back more than anything.

I guess I was wrong Naruto. You are still in love with Hinata...

Naruto

"Shikamaru!" I yelled to him across the room. "You come here so we can begin our plan!" Shikamaru is the smartest guy I know. It's obvious that he is lazy, but he is a prodigy when it comes to plans, puzzles, and ideas.

"Am I going to lead the mission?" He said unenthusiastically.

"I would like to this time. I don't know what you guys did to save me, but I would like to learn how you guys did by letting me be in charge. I'll support you and you support me. I'll need your assistance the most Shikamaru. That is why I called you here. I've heard from Hinata that it was your brain that rescued me and Garra. I want to use that to bring her back." I told him every single word that was on my mind. But she has to come back and this is the only way I can think of how.

Shikamaru nodded in agreement. "Sure, I'll help. It's best if we bring our friends back. Even Sasuke. Even thought I hate Sasuke for what he has done, he is our friend, he is your friend. I'll put my life on the line to save him and Hinata."

"Thanks... Shikamaru..."

Shikamaru

"Thanks... Shikamaru..." is all I heard from Naruto.

Naruto is the type of guy that is usually hyperactive and a big knucklehead. But ever since he came back from being kidnapped by the akatsuki, he has changed. He is even more different now that Hinata is gone. He looks like he is empty. Not only because of Hinata, but because of Sasuke. He was the one that left everyone once we got Naruto back. I can't stand the fact that Naruto has this emptiness. That's why we have to save Sasuke, we have to save Hinata, so we can save him.

Right after the meeting we all went to our places to get geared up. Most of us just got the same weapons like we had last time. Naruto, he has no weapons. I guess he is going to fight fist to fist? Maybe.

We all than met up together and were on our way to find Orochimaru's hideout. We didn't know where it was what so ever.

On our way finding where the place was, we ran into somebody. He actually stopped us from going. And by the looks of it, he is very powerful.

I heard Naruto and Sakura yell out in sync, "Why the hell are you here Itachi!?!"
