Cisco and I managed to get the Shark man into a Pipeline, he was still bound and unconscious from the girl I saw before when we shut the door.

"You don't have super strength Bar, so how did you manage all that?" Cisco asked pointing at the Shark; I couldn't really explain what the hell happened today.

"That is a long story..." I answered Cisco just shrugged as I followed him into the Cortex watching him plop into his chair and grab his drink from the counter sipping it. I quickly changed out of the Flash suit and into my normal wear trying to wrap my head around what happened tonight. My thoughts flooded my mind of what happened tonight, who was that girl and where did she come from. I was pulled from my thoughts when my cell phone began to ring; I dug my hands into my jean pocket taking my phone it seeing it was Joe. It was nearly eight at night so Joe calling me this late was either something wrong with Iris or something important involving a police matter. "Hey Joe...? What's up?"

"Hey Barry...can you get here? It's sort of urgent!" Joe exclaimed he sounded like there was something wrong and I knew I had to get there fast.

"I'm on my way...I'll be there in a second." I replied hanging up the phone moving through the Cortex seeing Caitlin and Cisco mumbling about something. They were probably trying to figure out how I was able to take down the Shark man, how he was tied up like that and how he was unconscious right now. I had no time to explain, whatever the full extent of the girl's gifts were unknown but right now my focus was on what was happening with Joe. I pulled on my jacket from the back of the one of the computer chairs then began to move towards the exit seeing that I caught both of their eyes. "Hey guys, Joe needs me at the station. Call me if I'm needed for anything Metahuman related." I sped from S.T.A.R. Labs through Central City streets avoiding oncoming cars and pedestrians in my way. I made it a block away from the station skidding to a complete stop; I fixed myself to make sure I didn't look suspicious or off in any way that could reveal my powers. Even though Joe knew my secret identity as the Flash doesn't mean anyone else at the CCPD did. I caught my breath then began my normal stride towards the station, I entered the elevator waiting then I reached the floor I needed to be on. I moved through the crowds of police officers until I saw Joe on the phone sitting on the desk and he saw me coming towards me. He signaled me to give him a second to finish up the conversation he was having, I stuffed both hands into my pockets waiting patiently. I saw Captain Singh's door closed the blinds were slightly shut but I could see he was talking to someone. Joe hung up the phone a few moments later snapping my attention back to him then sighed sharply shaking his head at the conversation he just had.

"Sorry I was dealing with a very testy lawyer who doesn't seem to understand the evidence we sent over to him earlier in the week. He doubts your brilliance but he forgets how many cases were solved by your skills." Joe started complimenting me while he rubbed his face with his hands and I gave a small smirk when Joe locked eyes with me. "Anyway I called you here to give you a heads up. Captain Singh decided to hire another CSI scientist to work with you since he believes that two brilliant minds are better than one. Especially since one of you can be on time with the crime scenes and she is about to head up to your lab after her conversation with Singh. So if you have anything she shouldn't see if you know what I mean, I would make haste to get it out."

"Thanks for the heads up...I'll go check it out, I know it's probably a big mess up there. I'll be up there so when Singh finishes up with that conversation send her up." I smirked moving away from Joe to the reception area then turned to the stairs and took two at a time to get up there quicker. Even without my speed I was still capable of being pretty fast without it. I got to my lab seeing some Flash stuff that should not be seen along with a huge mess around me. I took in a deep breath before using my super speed to quickly clear up any unwanted attention and cleaned up my lab too. I finished when I heard some footsteps heading into my direction, I sped to my chair plopping down acting like I was there the whole time. I moved my head around making sure everything was fully clear and of course clean in the Lab. I saw Joe turn the corner with Captain Singh on his left and the new CSI Scientist on his right as they entered into my Lab.

"As you can see Mr. Allen's lab here is fully equipped with all the upgraded technology so you shouldn't have much of a problem with using any of it." Captain Singh began until he locked eyes with me as I gave a small smile and watched his expression change a bit. "And this is Barry Allen, the CSI Scientist, that you will be working with but know he is known for his lateness. Don't let that young face fool you, he knows what he is doing though he may be brilliant but he will try your patience."

"Awwww Capt. You think that I'm brilliant?" I smirked Singh could only roll his eyes when I saw a girl move away from him and locked eyes with me.

"Don't get cocky Mr. Allen, anyway I shall let you get settled in and meet Mr. Allen." Singh answered with Joe leaving with him out of my Lab just leaving me with the new girl alone. She turned her gaze to look around the Lab giving me the chance to look at her. Her dark hair was pulled into a bun, her blue eyes were covered by a pair of glasses and her fair skin was not consumed by a lot of makeup. She wore a white short sleeve blouse with only two buttons open near her chest. I found my eyes travel down past her waist; she wore a pair of black jeggings with a pair of knee high boots. She was definitely an attractive girl, she looked very young to be a scientist but then again so did Caitlin. Before my eyes could look anywhere else her gaze fell onto me and the instant of 'oh shit' hit me to look away from her.

"So yeah...this is the Lab. Your desk is across from mine but you can use mine if you need to. Umm I'm Barry Allen by the way..." I smiled feeling nervous since she caught me staring her and for some reason I held out my hand for her to shake. "But you already knew that...sorry."

"It's fine...nice to meet you I'm Zoe Zatara. You can call me Zoe or Zo whichever you feel comfortable with." she answered shaking my hand before releasing my hand and walking to her desk dropping her bag onto the desk. She seemed to get her bearings around her desk when a million of questions began popping into my thoughts.

"So why CSI?" I asked sitting back down in my chair in front of her, she looked up at me and then looked down again at her stuff.

"It's a long story that I'll get into at a later date. Mainly I'm hoping to put my four college degrees along with this high intelligence to use when I find what happened in my past, that's really it." she exclaimed I could tell by her facial expression that there was something secretive in her life. Four college degrees? That was very impressive especially with her how old she looked makes it seem impossible but nowadays the impossible is possible. I was the prime example of the impossible along with all the Metahumans I fought as The Flash. She looked like she was finished with her unpacking and was ready to leave the lab.

"Ugh maybe I can help you with what you said earlier..." I offered she stopped turning to look at me, I watched her remove her glasses and put the end of it to her lips. I watched her give a bigger smile and I felt confused about that look.

"I'll keep that in mind. Nice meeting you, I'll see you tomorrow." she replied putting her glasses back on and headed out of the Lab to somewhere unknown. I don't know why but the look in her eye was familiar to me except I couldn't place it.
