As you can see from the title, it is incorrect. However, in my country (Malaysia) we have our version of English. It is called Manglish. Do not get me wrong. I am not supporting Manglish. This article is about my view of Manglish.

'Proud of Manglish' is an article found in The Star. I have not read this article. I have read an article about this article. I cannot recall the content of it. By just looking at the title of the article, I am not that kind of guy who will be proud of Manglish. It is not original English!

In Manglish, certain words are taken from Mandarin, Tamil and Malay. Don't be like this-lah! –lah is taken from Malay. I'm so talented ah.... Ah is taken from Mandarin. Dei, go away from me. Dei is taken from Tamil. I hope this will give you a quick view about my country version of English.

All in all, Manglish is not a subject that I am proud of. I am proud to say that I am not proud of Manglish. I urge everyone I the world to use original English.

Please note that this article is not meant to be an offence.
