"He did THAT," Domonic spoke, his voice full of venom, "to his own kid!?"

"Who has ever said Sampson would be a good father?" Jonah asked as he stood next to Domonic.

"If the pack finds out," Domonic shook his head, "I don't want to know what they'll do to her."

"I have no idea what to do son." Jonah shrugged.

"We keep it a secret," Ace spoke up as Domonic kneeled by the raven haired girl, "I mean, obviously she isn't like her father."

"What now then?" Jonah faced Domonic.

"First, we need answers without anyone of our pack figuring out her parentage."

"Should I get Ace?" Josh asked.

"Yes," Domonic kneeled by the girl, "And hurry, shes waking up. Dad would you go get he some water?"

"Sure," Jonah dissapeared into the kitchenas Josh ran out to get Ace.

"W...where am I?" the girls voice quivered as she woke up.

"In a safe place." Domonic smiled still kneeling beside the girl."I rescued you from Sampsons prison along with the others trapped there.'

"Why?" She seemed confused as to why somone would help her.

"I Save people that Sampson has hurt. Now, may I ask you a few questions?"

"I guess so.." She seemed worried.

"What is your name?"

"Elizabeth, but everyone calls me Ellie."

"How old are you?"

"Seventeen."

"Ace, Make sure no one is litesning in."

"Yes sir," Ace walked out and was soon heard telling everyone to stay outside well domonic spoke with Ellie.

"Ellie," Domonic averted his attention back onto Ellie as he sat down next to her. "We know your dad is Sampson."

"I.." Fear washed over Ellies face as she talked, shaking and looking worriedly between the three she spoke, "I am nothing like him...Please belielve me! I wouldnt side with him...I watched him kill my mom!"

"We know youre not like him." Domonic soothed her, "But our pack does not."

"What we want to know," Ace, who was standing in the doorway, spoke, "is why you were in that cell. Especially when you are Sampsons daughter."

"My father," Ellie began, "made me believe that he was doing good, that he was the good guy. He told me stories about evil and vile wolves that looked like giant wolves. However, as i grew older i saw that he had lied to me. I would bring food to prisnors and they all would beg me to not let my papa hurt them. What really set me off was when i watched himb send my baby sister off to die and said to make sure she didnt come back. She hated father because he made he watch him kill her mother when she was only five."

"That still doesnt explain why you were down in the prison." Ace muttered before domonic glared at him.

"Well," Ellie continued, "I stuck up for her before she left and he got mad. he yelled that both his daughters were traitors and disserved to die like one. then he reatched for soemthing in his desk and before I could see what it was the needle was in my vain and the silver in my blood. I managed to look up at him before going unconcious...he didnt even frown..."

"You dont remember anything from prison?" Jonah asked her.

"No sir," Ellie sniffed, "only pain and trying not to scream."

"What was your sisters name Elli?" Domonic asked.

"Emma."

* * *

Emma and Ellie sat huddled on the sofa with Emma telling Ellie about her new family. Crying only when she got to how Shannon had died to which Elllie simply comforted her baby sister.

"Dad," Domonic turned to face Jonah, "if emma didnt have to be bitten....why didnt she say something?"

"She most likley thought like Ellie did," Jonah replied, "that we would kill her if we knew her parentage."

"We should talk to them alone," Ace spoke then as a second thought, "Why would they think we would hurt them?"

"What would you thing Ace," Domonic asked, "If your dad was sampson and you were surrounded by the people who hat him?"

"Oh," Ace nodded, "I see your point," then he turned to the few members who had come back inside, "Everyone back out! Yes, Josh, even you. We need to have a word with the girls."

"Excuse me," Domonic growled, "who died and made you Alpha?"

"You," Ace looked at the ground, "almost any way."

"Oh," Domonic flinched at the memory of the past month, "with everything thats going on, i hadnt even thought about it...."

"Sorry," Ace gave a sympathetic look to Domonic, "but its kind of hard to forget when every time i look at you i dont see the domonic i last saw, i see a weaker more beaten version."

"Be tortured for a month and youll see why," Domonic sighed, "however, i dont want you to go through that."

"Everyone is outside," Jonah said as he walked in, oblivious to the prior conversation, "but i would advise that you let Josh in on this. After all, Emma is his daughter."

"Your right," Domonic agreed then went to the door hollering for Josh to join them, as Josh entered Domonic spoke, "what is said in this room stays here, and whatever is said about emme, remmeber she is no diffrent then the little girl you rescued."

"Yes sir?" Josh seemed confised by DOmonics words as he sat beside Emma.

"Emma," Domonic neeled infront of the small ten year old, "why didnt you tell us that you didnt need to be bitten?"

Emma looked up scared and Josh looked stunned. Ellie hugged her sister letting her know that Domonic didnt mean her harm.

"They know," Ellie assured Emma, "and theyre ok with it."

"I," Emma shook slightly as she spoke, "I thought you would kill me if you knew Sampson was my papa."

"Oh Emma," Josh hugged Emma close, "I would never ever let that happen. I dont care who your father was."

Domonic smiled as emma and Josh talked then turned to Ellie, "Would you mind telling me who your mother was?"

"Her name was Mandy," Ellie said, "Sampson wasnt my birth father at all."
