"D...dad?" Domonic stammered, frozen in place by the idea he might still have one father.

'Your mother," Jonah asked, "what was her name again?"

"Nichole." Domonic gasped as again Jonah embraced him. Julie, Johnny and their mother looked confused but stayed silent, "What happened dad? Why didn't you come back?"

"When the Mt. Luna wolves found me I was to weak to move," Jonah explained, "I had lost almost every ounce of blood that kept me alive and was delirious. Sampson came right over my head and aimed a pistol right between my eyes. I thought I was a goner.

"Then I heard a howl, I thought Sally was disobeying and coming to save me anyway. Next thing I knew a shot rang but I wasn't dead. Hunters scattered everywhere as a werewolf that looked like Sampson picked me up. It took me so long to recuperate that by the time I could have come home you would have already been Thirteen and I thought it wouldn't be right just to show up and take you from Sally. Then I heard what had happened to Sally but by the time I wanted to return Sampson had already got us locked up here."

"Wow!" Domonic stood astonished but then look worried for his father, "Dad what about the laws about abandoning the pack?"

"You can't abandon a pack if they had to leave you for dead." Jonah explained, "Sally didn't have a choice."

"Oh thank heavens!" Domonic relaxed.

"What are you so worried about in the first place Jonah?" A woman asked form behind Jonah.

"Oh," Johnna jumped, ignoring the question, "almost forgot you were there love. Domonic I want you to meet my family. Your baby sister, Julie. Your baby brother, Johnny. As well as my wife Juno. Guys meet Domonic, your brother, and step son."

"Hello," Juno smiled, "Now dear why were you so worried about-" Juno was interrupted by a door slamming open and a loud grunt of someone being kicked awake.

"Not now!" Domonic looked around frantic, "We have to go now!"

It was to late. Fifteen guards stood at the door to the cell. Domonic growled and stood next to Jonah protecting his newly found family and pack members. Sampson appeared with a pistol in his hand and the whole pack growled. Sampson slowly lifted the gun and pointed it at Domonic.

"Guess silvers not enough to kill you," Sampson sighed, "well, you can die by this."

As Sampson went to pull the trigger everyone started to growl and shift. The hunters backed away as the whole group shifted into wolves that looked like Sampson, except Jonah who looked like Domonics pack. Domonic stood straight and grinned.

"I am the alpha!" Domonic growled, "Not you!!" With each word Sampsons control on Domonic slipped tell it was completely gone. "Follow Lilly, the ghost! She'll get you out of here."

Each wolf charged the hunters causing the hunters to retreat. Even Sampson backed away as the large group advanced. Gun shots caused everyone's ears to ring as each bullet bounced off the walls.

"Leave the hunters!" Domonic commanded as one wolf went to attack a shaking young boy, "We don't have time!"

"Sorry!" The wolf howled as he followed the rest of the pack.

They charged the doors and ran onto Bacau streets. Villagers screamed and charged for their homes but the pack ignored them. Domonic thought they were going to make it, but as the gate came into view he saw about fifty Hunters standing in two rows blocking their path. The pack slid to a stop right before hitting the hunters. Then they began to growl at the hunters hoping that they would back away. However, this only encouraged the Hunters to raise their guns and point them straight at each pack member.

"Okay," Domonic growled, "I know I'm smaller then you and less experienced then most of you but please listen to me! We need to get out of here now if we want to live! So we will charge them. DO. NOT. STOP! Only fight if you must!"

The Pack charged and bullets rang out. Every single wolf had to fight a hunter or two. Even the pups were fighting. One hunter came at Domonic with his silver sword and nearly cut Domonics leg off. Domonic narrowly dodged each blow and finally managed to attack the Hunter, biting the Hunters leg. The battle lasted for about ten minuets. When the Hunters realized they were being defeated on their own turf they backed away to the schools wall. Domonic did a quick head count and found all the wolves to be accounted for. The charged off into the woods heading for Lilly's home.
