Chapter Twenty-two

Domonic turned to Ace who shifted uncomftorably from foot to foot under the Alphas glare.

"I didnt tell you something about mandy." Ace spoke in a low tone barle y able to be heard.

"OBVIOUSLY!" Domonic barked making everyone in the room flinch.

"When Mandy was screaming it wasnt from silver," Ace spoke, "Mandy had been pregnant by someone in the Little wolf Village. Sampson figured it out before inserting the silver and using magic made her last eight month into two hours and gave birth too Ellie then he shot her."

"That is just sick!" Domonic growled, "How could anyone be so crule!!"

"Domonic!" Ace yelled as Domonic begtan to shake, "Girls get back now!!"

Domonic launched himself towards the door trying to get there before he shifted. However, he failed. His carmel fur began to gain a silver tint to it as the shifting finished. Domonic yelped in pain and fell limp to the ground.

"I thought Lilly healed it!" Ace said as he kneeled beside Domonic.

"So did i!" Domonic barked.

"Alpha i dont understand you," Ace said, "Not right now anyway."

"I can heal him!" Ellie fell to her knees on domonics other side as a howl of pain launched into the air. "Sampson put a block on a major amount of silver hoping when Domonic shifted it would kill him."

"Hurry," Ace pleaded as another cry came, he saw his promise to Sally and Eric qu ickly breaking.

Ellie began chanting in a strange language no one could undersstand as she did domonic began to regain his carmel color and shift back into a human. Ace covered him with one of Lilly thro blankets.

"That defenitly doesnt sound the same as Lilly." Josh remarked.

"Sampson purposley dropped that spell," Ellie spoke as Ace and Jonah took domonic to his room, "It is only meant to remove a small amount of silver not large quantites."

Once Domonic was tucked in and wrapped up warmly everyone began to leave. In the ditance, about a quarter mile, a hunters horn blew.
