Chapter Fifteen

The scream reached the pack in Mt Luna. After domonic was taken Marcus had his pack gather Domonics into the bar and arrested them all. Every adult that survived, including Banshee adults and Emma. The only light was torch light through a small window in the solid oak door. Josh cradled Emma in his arms as she covered her ears from Domonics screaming. Anger shook Ace with each scream from domonic and soon he flipped the only bed in the cell causing a loud bang when the wood hit the ceiling and again when it hit the floor.

"We can't just sit her and listen to him die!!" Ace growled at the pack.

"What is there to do Ace?" Josh asked as he again covered Emmas ears from Domonics screaming, "Domonic gave himself to Sampson to save us from that place."

"And we're just in another cell!" Ace barked, "different town and prison but still locked up!"

"Domonic said for us to leave Ace." Luke said, "lets get the orphan's and do as he said!"

"Luke we can't just leave him! I'm Alpha for now well Domonics there and I say we go and save him! And well need everyone's help...even The pups."

"What!?" Josh looked at Emma worriedly.

"Yes Josh, even the pups."

"Daddy," Emma said in her sing-song voice, "I want to help rescue Domonic, and avenge mommy!"

"Ok.." Josh smiled at Emma but inside he frowned seeing she had to grow up way to fast, "if you think you can do it."

"Break it down!"

At the final word another scream shook every pack member. Anger and fear for their alpha made each member change, even Emma. Even Marabell, who didn't shift because she was pregnant, agreed. So the whole pack slammed against the door causing it to easily fall and give them a free ride out. By the time the guards got there they found only splinters remained from the door and not a pack member in site.

Ace sat hidden in the bushes in front of the orphanage with the rest of the pack. Luke stood still making sure Marabell was safe on his back.

"Get every orphan, even if they were here before we came. We need all the pups!" Ace was quiet but his words seemed loud as he was now Alpha, "the vampires have to come to. Thank heavens its night time."

He continued on explaining the plan and how the vampires would ride on everyone's backs. They were just about to charge the doors when every werewolf pup came charging out screaming, even those that were born here. The vampires were quick to follow. Ace was already on guard for a surprise attack when a whimper of a woman sounded behind them.

"Ace..."

Turning around Ace saw Sampson holding Suzan off the ground by her neck and holding a needle to an exposed vain in the right side.

"Suzan!" Ace charged but.. Was to late. Sampsons pressed the plunger and the silver flowed into Suzan making her flinch. Ace managed to catch her and lay her gently on the ground nuzzling her arm softly. He had not noticed a slip of paper fall from Sampsons pocket but Emma had.

"What's this?" Emma asked and picked the paper up in her mouth right as Lilly witch appeared.

"That's a spell!" Lilly smiled!

"What!?" Josh gasped, "Emma drop it!" then turning back to Suzan, "I'm so sorry.... I promised I would keep you safe."

"Don't drop it!" Lilly schreked as she quickly caught it, "it will help suzan Josh!"

"How?" Emma asked.

"Its how Sampson continues his torture without killing his victim. This spell heals the silver out of a werewolf." Lilly explained.

"That's sick!" Marabell spat, "Wait, how can you understand them?"

"Im a ghost, I can talk to all kinds of creatures."

"cool!" Emma laughed.

As everyone talked Sally and Erics ghosts appeared. Sallys face filled with pain and fear as she saw the silver tint in Suzans skin.

"Oh no.." Sally grabbed Erics hand, "Mom!"

"Lilly can save her," Josh said

"Just stay with me tell then mom."

After moving into better hiding place Lilly had almost finished healing Suzan.it only took about an hour more to complete the process.

"Shes going to be fine." Lilly smiled, "but she will be to weak to wake up let alone walk. So one of you must carry her."

"I will," Josh said and lifted Suzan onto his back.

Then they all started back the way they came that first night. They had an army of pups at their tails. It was time for a rescue and to prepare for war, so they headed to Lillys house to plan,and hoped to get Domonic with in that week.
