Bella and Edward adopt two

I wake up with pain shooting up my leg. I groan in pain. I jump when I feel a hand on mine. "Shhh! It's alright Bella it's just me." I turn and look to see Edward sitting there. He gives me my favorite smile.
"How you feeling mommy?" His grin got bigger. But I got confused. Edward chuckled.

I looked down to my stomach. But thought about it there could be no way I'm pregnant. Plus I knew I couldn’t get pregnant. Now I heard Edward's full out laugh. "Bella look at me." I turned but I started to sign before he could say anything. Is this some cruel joke or something because it's not funny.

 "Baby calm down please! Hold on a second." I watched Edward get up and walk to the door. He motioned for someone to come in. That's when I saw the cast on Edward arm. Edward moved out of the way and there was Rose walking in with Julie in her arms. I was trying to sit up and that's when Edward came back over and helped me with his good arm.

When Rose got to the side of the bed I reached out for Julie.
Rose gently put her in my arms. Tears fell from my eyes. I felted the bed move. I looked up to seeing Edward sitting beside me. "Do you think I'm joking now?" Edward asked me. I smiled and shook my head.
I took one of my hands and reached for his cast. "Oh! Broken arm and wrist and a couple broken ribs. I'll be fine." I glared at him for leaving me like that. "Oh shit I know that look! Bella I'm sorry there was no other way."

I pushed his good arm. "I understand!" He told me. "Alright want to let me know what's going on here Edward. Bella isn't signing and you're the only one that can understand her."

 "Oh Bella upset with me because we had to spilt up on the mountain and she watched Angel die. Julie's sister. She doesn't remember much after she reach the top of the mountain." I just glared at Edward. There was something I was suppose to remember but I just couldn't. I gave up trying. I focused on Julie instead. But was quickly taken out of our little bubble when I heard Uncle Leo and Aunt Beth.

I looked up and they had Thomas and Justin. I looked at Edward then backed at them in shock. Rose took Julie away and Edward got up and Thomas stood next to my bed with tears in his eyes. "Are you alright now Bella?" I nodded my head and held my arms out for him. He took them and I pulled him up and held him close to me.

 He wrapped his little arms around me. "That little guy was very worried about you Bella. He cares about you very much." My Aunt Beth said. "When Bella finally meant back up with me on top of the mountain after we got separated those two went through a lot after what happen to his cousin Angel. He was sleeping on Bella back. I had a hard time separating him from her. I think your going to find him at the house a lot."

I looked up at Edward . Because I thought when we left the boys were going to be with their grandmothers. "She doesn't know Edward?" Now I was really confused until Thomas tugged on my hospital gown. I looked down at him. "Grandma got in a accident coming here to us. But Leo and Beth are going to take us home and I don't have to miss you guys so much."

I pulled Thomas back into a hug and looked up at Uncle Leo and Aunt Beth. I mouth Thank you to them. "Your welcome honey. But for us it's our second chance. So Thank you." A few days later I'm waiting for Edward to come back with a rental car so we can go to the airport.

I hear a knock on the door and look up to see Tanya there. What the hell is she doing here. I'm glad Edward and Rose has Julie. But Thomas is in here with me. He stayed behind with us because he wanted to stay close with me and help. We all thought it be a good idea for what he's been through lately and let us stay with us until he was ready to go with Uncle Leo and Beth.

"Oh who is this sweet boy Bella?" I pulled Thomas closed to me "Bella who she?" I look down to him and shake my head. "Oh bad person." He said. "Oh how sweet, he understands you like Edward. So how you like my little mess? Mind you I wasn't planning on Edward getting hurt in this you." She told me. "Bella I don't like her." Thomas said. I gently rubbed his arm. He was shaking. She walks up and takes Thomas out of my arms and he starts screaming for me.
