Hi potaters! So apparently everyone hates me. But guys, I gave you a cute Maxigail moment! How can you hate me? 😇 That's why I said potaters. As in hater potaters. Bleh. Eh, I still loved writing that scene. They're so cute! Besides, it's not like she's going with someone else. In fact, only a few girls and guys are going with someone! Lukas obviously is. But with who? Wouldn't you like to know? Well, you will! Oh and the picture is Abigail's dress. Yes, she wears the necklace too. It's pretty. Her mask is in chapter 15! I know I said the dance would be this chapter, but I didn't want to make you all wait even more. Sorry, but at least it's a post!
Here's chappy 17, ready?
xx

EGAES Painting HallAbigail felt her heart pounding in her ears. She wasn't upset, no. She felt happy that he liked her too. She felt confused as to what they were? He released her, and closed his eyes. He knew her so well. She blinked, clearing her eyes from staring too long. She hesitated, before running to him, quickly throwing her hands around his neck, before turning and running to the Mary Wing.

Malcolm & Tiberiu's DormMalcolm sighed, before turning around sharply and kicking the door furiously. Of course Maxwell liked the coolest, prettiest, smartest girl in this whole school, and of course that girl like him back. Why doesn't Malcolm get the girl for once. He remembered when he went home for holiday with Maxwell. Everyone loved Max there. All the girls would watch him, but he never saw those. He always remembered that red-haired girl, the one who was once his friend. And he always looked for that girl, though he never saw her again. Until now. And he saw what Maxwell saw in that blue-eyed beauty.
Though he'd tried to show his true colors, Abigail was as clueless as she was with Maxwell. Honestly, for a genius, she knew little about emotions. She's like Beri, except smarter, and more expressive. They were good friends, but Malcolm had probably been friend-zoned.
Malcolm hurled a cricket ball across the room, and sighed once again, before thinking about what to do, what to wear, and whom to take, to the dance.

Mary WingLukas stared at his choices. He could go left, or straight. Left would lead him to Rose, who Abigail said liked him. The other lead to Scarlett, the pretty girl, whom he knew little about. He weighed his options. Rose seemed nice, and most girls at EGAES liked her. As for Scarlett, she really was something, but apparently she had a mean reputation.
Lukas was hesitant. Left or straight, left or straight, left or-.
"Lukas. What a pleasant surprise. Can I help you? You already know where Abigail's room is, so why are you wandering the Wing? Most girls are getting ready for tonight." Rose asked, peeking out the door.
Lukas had made up his mind. "Actually, Rose I'm looking for someone." He said, smiling naturally.
"Oh? Who? Is it Scarlett? I know you fancy her. Her room is right down the-"
Lukas shook his head slightly. "No. She's too uppity. I was looking for someone who was genuine." He said.
"Er...?" Rose tilted her head in confusion. "Such as...?"
