"Just like in my dream..." Grace gasped. "No...not again..."

Suddenly, she felt a pull at her arm and turned to see her brother dragging her back to the bounty. "Come on!" Cole yelled.

Once they were on the bounty, they sped as fast as they could away from Ouroboros and the Devourer.

"Uh, hate to tell you this," Jay yelled. "But objects in the mirror are closer than they appear!" "Working on it!" Nya shouted.

The snake continuously leapt up, snapping at them as the ninja tried to dodge. Grace was hugging her knees to her chest. 'I'm sorry...I couldn't warn you, Sensei...Mom..'

Suddenly the ship lurched to the side as the Devourer's tail crashed against the Bounty. "Abandon ship!"

Everyone ran out to the deck. The ninja jumped off with their vehicles while Nya grabbed Lloyd and Grace in her Samurai X suit. They all went to a small cave as the Devourer approached the ship. It threw it in the air and swallowed. Everyone gasped.

"It's gone," Cole muttered. Kai was panting. "That was too intense. *pant* All that action *pant* makes you so thirsty!"

"We have too warn everyone before it gets bigger," Zane stated. "Bigger?" Jay started panicking. "BIGGER?! THAT THING IN ONE BITE JUST CRUSHED OUR ENTIRE SHIP!" He started pacing. "We need to save as many as we can. Find some kind of refuge, somewhere safe to hide-OH! THE SERPENTINE TOMBS! Yeah they're underground, and we'll be without sunlight for months, BUT THEY'LL BE PERFECT!"

Cole walked up to him. "So you're just gonna give up?!"

"You know as well as I do that we have no chance at stopping that thing!"

"Hey!" Kai shouted. "Listen to yourselves! Is this what Sensei Wu would have wanted?!" "But Sensei's not here anymore," Lloyd murmured. Everyone looked downcast. Grace shuddered. Sensei...

"But his teachings live on. Sensei once told me that it's not the size of the ninja in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the ninja. All this training, all these battles we've had with skeletons and snakes, we've persevered through so much, that we can't just give up now! A ninja never gives up! A ninja never admits defeat! He always picks himself up when he's down! Which is exactly what Sensei Wu would have wanted us to do right now!"

Grace felt herself lost in thought at Kai's speech. He's right. We shouldn't give up! It's what Sensei Wu would want. What Mom would want...

"Grace!" Grace jumped as tugged her arm. "Everyone' leaving! We have- hey are you okay?" Grace realized tears were slipping down her face. "Honestly, no. This...just reminded me of something from my past. I'd tell you, but there's currently a giant snake on the loose so..."

Lloyd nodded as they ran after the others.
