Part 48

ASTONS P.O.V

I held Jayden in my arms as I looked up at the door to see Alexis walk in. Her face was pale and she looked like she was trembling slightly.

"What's wrong baby?" I asked as I stood up to put Jayden in his moses basket.

"Nothing, I'm tired, I'm going to for a lie down." she smiled, walking over to me and kissing my cheek before disappearing out of the door again and up the stairs.

I wasn't sure if she was lying or telling the truth. She might be tired because of Jayden but why would she be shaking if she's just tired? I frowned to myself before picking up Jayden and carrying him upstairs with me. I walked into our bedroom where Alexis was lying on the bed. I carefully placed Jayden down into his crib then walked over to the bed and lay down beside Alexis and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Are you sure you're ok?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm sorry if I worried you." she sighed, turning around in my grip.

"You wouldn't lie to me if something was wrong, right?" I said, looking down at her face.

"No, I wouldn't." she said shaking her head.

"Ok, I love you." I smiled.

"I love you too." she smiled back before leaning up to kiss me. I rolled her over onto her back and climbed on top of her.

"What're you doing?" she giggled.

"Mm, nothing." I laughed before kissing down her neck.

"No, don't." she said trying to push me away.

"What? Why?" I pouted.

"Because Jayden's here, no." she smiled leaning up to kiss me once more before pushing me off her and walking to the door.

"I'm gonna go cook some food, you want anything?"

"Yeah please." I smiled.

"Okay." she smiled back before disappearing. 

"Hey, Ast?" she said from beside me.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"My mum and dad are staying somewhere close to here, if I get them to watch Jayden do you think we should organise a night out?" she asked, looking up at me.

"Yeah, if you want." I smiled.

"Of course, I'll go phone her." she grinned, jumping up from the chair and rushing into the kitchen. 

NORMAL P.O.V

I listened to the phone ring before my mum eventually picked up.

(M- Alexis' mum, A- Alexis)

M- Alexis? Hi

A- Hey mum

M- How are you, Aston and Jayden?

A- We're fine thank you, and you and dad?

M- We're great, so, what makes you call?

A- Well I was wondering, since your staying near here, would you maybe look after Jayden whilst we go out tonight?

M- Of course I would, give me a time to come pick him up and we'll be straight there

A- Um, about 6?

M- Perfect, we'll be there, I can't wait to see Jayden

A- Aw, when should we pick him up?

M- Tomorrow at dinner time?

A- Ok, thank you mum, love you

M- Love you too

I hung up and put my phone down on the counter, a grin on my face. It had been a while since we last had a night out.

"She said she'll watch Jayden." I grinned jumping onto Aston's lap.

"Good, so, do you wanna head in the shower whilst I call the others and watch Jayden?" he asked.

"Sure, see you in a sec." I pecked his lips quickly before jumping off his lap and running up the stairs and into the bathroom.

After showering, drying and curling my hair, I made my way over to my wardrobe to choose a dress. In the end, I chose a blue dress that had jeweled buckles on the straps. I chose a pair of black heals to go with the dress along with a black clutch then made my way downstairs. Aston was already dressed, whilst i'd been choosing something to wear, he'd chose his and gotten ready before going back downstairs to see Jayden. He was wearing grey-ish jeans and a burgundy top with white converses. 

"Marv and Rochelle aren't coming along with Reesh and Sophia. Dates or something." he chuckled, stroking Jayden's face.

"So it's just gonna be, me and you, JB and Chloe and Emily and Cameron?"

"Yep, just us 6."

"Ok then, I'll just go get his bag sorted." I smiled.

I walked into the kitchen and made him a few bottles along with nappies, toys and everything else that he would need before putting them in the bag that I left by the door. About 15 minutes later, just before 6, mum and dad came to pick up Jayden.

"I'll see you tomorrow baby, be good." I said, kissing his head before passing him to Aston where he said his goodbye's then put him in his car seat before handing him to my mum.

"Ok, we'll pick him up tomorrow, thank you for this." I smiled.

"It's no problem, have fun." she smiled. I hugged her and dad before they left leaving us to go meet the rest of the guys at the club.
