VIC’S POV

Last night was pretty interesting. Too interesting that I wasn’t able to get enough sleep. Kellin and I were exchanging text messages until I don’t even know how late it was. But when he noticed that Mike was already sleeping, he tip toed his way to my bed and snuggled next to me. I practically begged him to go back to his bed but all he did was look at me with his big blue eyes and pout and that made me agree on him sleeping on my bed. But of course, as soon as I saw him deeply sleeping, I carefully carried him back to his own bed. I don’t want my brother to catch us sleeping on the same bed.

“7:30 am” I read the digital clock beside me as streaks of sunlight went through the curtain. I unwillingly rolled off from my bed and grabbed a new set of clothes and quickly showered, got dressed, and left the room. I feel so tired and hungry since I never really got the chance to fully enjoy my meal last night because of Kellin’s little sick game.

I went straight to the dining hall, not even bothering to invite anyone with me. I picked the table that was nearest to the glass window. This hotel has the best view of the ocean. This trip must’ve cost my dad and Kellin’s mom a lot.

I ordered the same thing as yesterday, waffles, mixed fruits and a glass of hot chocolate milk.

I was lazily finishing my food when someone dragged a chair right next to me.

“Good morning” Kellin greeted with a yawn. He scratched his eyes as he sloppily sat on the chair that he dragged beside me. I couldn’t help but to smile at him. He looked so adorable even though he looks so sleepy.

“Morning. So, you had a good sleep?” I asked, finishing the food left on my plate.

“Mhm. But how’d I get to my bed?” He asked as he massaged his forehead.

“I carried you.”

“But why?” Kellin grunted like a frustrated child. He looked so cute and I couldn’t help it. I pulled him to my lap and I hugged him tightly, also giving him a small kiss on the cheek.

We’ve earned a couple of vicious glares but there wasn’t much people in the dining hall so I didn’t care that much. It’s not like they’ll see us after this vacation, anyways.

Kellin looked surprise at first but he turned his body so that he could face me and he attacked my lips. I tried to push him away from me but I mindlessly gave in to his kiss. His lips are perfect, his kisses are perfect, he is perfect. I laced my fingers to his hair as I deepened the kiss. I got so carried away with our little make out session when suddenly, Kellin pushed himself off of me.

“Hey!” I pouted as I tried to pull him back to my arms.

“Later” He quickly replied as he pointed to the direction of the door of the dining hall. I turned my gaze to the direction and I saw my dad and Kellin’s mom walking their way to the table.

“Good morning.” My dad and Mrs. Quinn greeted in chorus.

They sat side by side, across from me and Kellin.

“You feeling better, Vic?” My dad asked as he made his order.

“Uh, yeah.”

“So, we kinda mentioned this to Mike last night and..” My dad spoke as he held Mrs. Quinn’s hand.

“Since the three of you get along pretty well and we don’t see any problem with it anymore. And we feel like we are all ready for it.” My dad paused and gave Kellin’s mom a reassuring smile.

“We’re thinking of getting married!” Mrs. Quinn happily exclaimed. My stomach literally dropped. I turned my head to Kellin’s direction only to see his paler face. I don’t really know what Kellin and I are right now but I am sure that we are more than just friends.
