Courtney's POV:

I twirl a piece of hair that has fallen out of the messy bun on top on my head. I sit on the couch with a bowl of chips on my lap while watching Pretty Little Liars. I love this show. I was meant to go to work today but Maria's assistant sent me a message saying:

Work's cancelled, Mrs M's brat is having problems...again

Alley left this morning for class and she wouldn't be back until later. She was really grumpy. I wonder why.

I got a secret
Can you keep it
Swear this one you'll save
Better lock it in your pocket
Taking this one to the grave
If i show that I know you
Wouldn't tell what i said
Cause two can keep a secret if one of them is dead

*ding dong*

I push myself off the couch to open the door. Alley didn't tell me someone is coming over. I open the door and don't believe my eyes. Lou Teasdale. I hear a little squeal behind her and Lux Teasdale runs into the apartment. Wow Lou Teasdale, One Direction's stylist, is in my apartment! Wait... Why?

"You must be Courtney." I nod too shocked to say a word.
"I'm Lou and that little one is Lux." She points behind me. I turn to see Lux sitting on the floor eating my chips. I giggle.
"Wait..."
"Louis sent me. Said something about a date?" She smiles causing me to blush.
"Well come on, we don't have that much time!"
"Why when is he coming?"
"In 3 hours!"

I climb out of the shower and put on my robe. Lou pulls me out of the bathroom and straight in front of the dressing table. She blowdries my hair and starting curling it. Lux sits on my lap playing with a bear Dani won me back when we were in preschool. My hair is pulled into a bun. She moves onto my makeup.

Finally she steps out of the way and I look at myself in the mirror. My hair is braid on each side which join together at the back and form a bun. I have pale pink lips and soft rosy cheeks. A light gold eyeshadow brings out the green in my eyes. Long false eyelashes have been added as well as mascara and some eyeliner. I smile at my reflection.
"Thank you Lou!"
"Now let's get you into that dress."

****

I stand awkwardly outside the building waiting for Louis. A white limo arrives and the doors open. Louis steps out in a black tux.
"Wow"
"What?" I blush.
"Is this a dream?" He asks studying my entire body. I hit him on the arm.
"Nope I'm really going on a date with an angel."
"Stop flirting and tell me where we're going!" I say laughing and climb into the limo.
"Not until we get there." He gives me a broad smile.

"The museum of contemporary art!" I gasp. He laughs at me.
"I know you love the arts so what's a better place than the art museum?" He puts his arm around my waist and guides me through the doors. Everything is absolutely amazing! I hope that one day my artwork will hang on these walls. We walk through the large rooms decorated with fantastic paintings and sculptures. I gasp at every piece we pass. Louis laughs. We finish exploring and leave.
"Are we not a tad overdressed?" I look down at my dress.
"No. Just be patient. To the next stop." He opens the limo door for me.

"The Exposition Rose Game!" I jump with excitement.
"Wow someone really knows LA." He smirks at me.
"Ok, I'll admit I did some research of places to see when I got accepted to UCLA.... If I get accepted."
"Hey, you will."
"Thanks. Now let's explore!" We stroll through the gardens, hand in hand. I smile up at him as he shows me a rose. He's gorgeous. How did a girl like me get a guy like him? I know we're not dating but I feel so close to him, like we have known each other for years. Louis pulls me off the path and across the grounds towards a shady spot. As we approach I see a picnic blanket. He gestures for me to sit down. I take a step forward but trip on a rock, which is sticking out of the ground. I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist, pulling me into a warm chest. I turn around and look him in the eyes. He smiles down at me. I blush and bury my face in his shirt. His cologne smells amazing! We sit down and enjoy the picnic as well as each other's company.
