Piper's POV
I twisted the end of Liam's shirt as we laid in my bed. I didn't want to get out of bed or go to school and it was only 5:30 and school didn't start until 7:30 so really I didn't need to be up until 6:30 or even 7:00. I tried not to groan as I had been up since about 4:00 and felt ridiculously tired.
"Go to sleep princess." Liam whispered while nuzzling my neck. It was really early and Liam hated mornings. I felt bad for waking him so I rolled over and nuzzled his neck while breathing in his calming scent. His grip on my hips tightened and I loved when he held onto me like that.
"Sorry Liam." I whispered and closed my eyes slightly and he sighed while rolling his head back.
"We're not going to school." He mumbled and I smiled against his neck. I then placed a small kiss on the base of his neck. Honestly I liked the idea or laying around with Liam all day. I loved Liam ad he gave me a great feeling that made my stomach do backflips. But the last thing I wanted to talk about was what we were, where Liam and I stood.

"Popcorn?" I shook my head Ashe went to get himself some popcorn. I picked up my phone and quickly dialed Aidens number.
"Hey kid. What's up sis?" I smiled as he used the names he always used with me.
"Nothing how is everyone?" I Alex and I could invision him looking around the table to everyone with a wide smile and Lydia on one said of him and Ethan on the other.
"They're good. How's Liam?" a wide smile spread across my face. I then found myself toying with my lip as my thoughts were clouded with images of Liam.
"Getting popcorn. But he's good, he takes great care of me." I said with a smile. I heard Aiden chuckle.
"Yeah that's because he's kinda whipped." I bigger smile spread on my face as my brother spoke.
"Yeah well he's not the only one." I was referring to myself, the door swung open and I quickly ended my conversation with brother as Liam came in with a two bowls. He handed me a bowl of mixed fruit and I smiled at him and kissed his cheek.
"Thanks babe." I said and he smiled before sitting next to me. He looked up with popcorn in his hand and spoke before shoving popcorn in his mouth.
"So are you really whipped?" I froze and smiled with blood rushing to my face. I set down my fork and bit my lip. I wasn't sure if I was going to break down laughing or crying at this moment.
"Liam I-"
"It's fine." He said with a shrug and took a piece of fruit while playing the movie. Was that all he had to say to me. "I'm kinda whipped too so it's alright." He was so chill about it, even his heart rate was slow. I just blinked at how casual that was. Did he think we were together? What if he just assumed that we were? Well shit I don't think that- did I want that? Could I handle that?
"What's on your mind?" He asked and I shook my head while staring at my food. Liam rolled his eyes and took the fruit from me before setting out food on the side table that he had put on his side of the bed. His side of the bed.
"Don't pull that shit with me. I can hear your heart rate." I bit my lip and looked at my hands while I picked at my nails.
"Honesty Liam nothing." I said and closed my eyes as he moved closer to me. I pulled my legs to my chest and kept my eyes closed. I couldn't cry. Not now.
"Baby." I kept my eyes closed and I tried to pull back from Liam. He sighed and rapped his arms around me.
"Liam what are we?" I asked him and he let out a nervous chuckle. He then moved away a bit and scratched the back of his neck.
"Jeez babe I don't know. I like how things are now." He said and I renched my eyes closed again. My hands gripping at my arms.
"I'm not. I know that guys and girls are different but honestly I can't live with things the way they are. Not knowing what to call you drives me nuts Liam." I said while pulling at my hair. He chuckled and pulled my hands from my hair.
"Piper, princess. Your my mate. My best friend and I think your funny and confident but shy and sassy. We all know that you only dress up for school because Lydia is the only mom figure you have because Scott's mom scares you. Your my everything and I know we aren't officially together but this non official weird thing we've got going on is a million times better than any other relationship I've ever had. And I'm in love with you no matter what we are. No matter the label."
I bit my lip and looked down to my feet which had fuzzy socks on. Liam then held my chin in his hands and forced me to look at him.
"So yeah I like how things work but if you would be my girlfriend, officially that would be great." I could feel Liam's breath on my face as a smile spread on my face.
"Hell yeah Dunbar." He smiled and then placed his lips into mine. He then hovered his body over mine with a smile.
