Chapter 21 - Missed Me

I ran off for God knows why when I have know idea how to get back to the house. Niall chased me down the streets of Bradford.

I look over my shoulder to see him grinning at me, so close to me.

Despite the situation, being lost and all, I was having the time of my life. Niall was so fun to kid around with truly.

"YOU'LL NEVER GET ME, HORAN!" I laugh.

"Too late!" he laughs loudly, grabbing the hem of my shirt. I stagger slightly for a moment before regaining my balance. I wiggle out of his grip. He stumbles, slowing down. "MISSED ME, MISSED ME, NOW YA GOTTA KISS ME!" I shout at the top of my lungs, laughing. I stop and turn around to stand on the sidewalk, looking at him.

Big mistake.

He runs into me, causing us to fall to the ground. My back hits hard sidewalk concrete and I groan. He lands on top, our chests pressed together. Oi... my boobs. It felt like they were being pressed back into my ribcage.

His face was hovering above mine. He pants from the run, his hot breath fogging up my face. The scent of his toothpaste and mouthwash still lingered on his breath, the minty Crest and Scope scent filling my nose. He smelled of Armani aftershave and Axe shampoo. All of those things commixed together and caused my head to spin. Jesus, he smelled so good. It was such a turn on, a guy that smelt good. Especially when you smelt as good as Niall.

"Gladly," he says finally with a cheeky grin, making my eyebrows furrow in confusion. What? I start to question before getting cut off by his warm, moist, plump lips on mine.

He tasted like his minty toothpaste.

I should have rejected the kiss and told him that we could only ever be friends, but my voice was lost. I somehow was sinking into him. Being absorbed by his body, his being and melting down into the kiss.

His head tilts to get a better angle before he pushes his heavy body off mine. He hovers above me on his hands and knees. My body lifts, one hand on the concrete, holding me up.

He was such an amazing kisser.

The kiss was so wrong, yet it felt so, so, SO right. Like it was meant to happen. Gosh, it was like pure bliss.

I wrap my arms around his neck, slowly. Responding to the kiss. Our lips moving in perfect sync. I stand up slowly, pulling him with me. Our lips didn't disconnect not once. His arms slip loosely around my waist.

He rubs small circles into my sore back as I stand on my tiptoes.

I concentrated on the motions and movements of his lips on mine. Open, close. Open, close. Open and close.

My stomach felt fuzzy and warm and as if butterflies were floating around inside. My heart was swelling. It was as if sparks were flying. I had only kissed two other guys before in my entire life: Jake Johnston and Nathan Harris, but neither of their kisses felt like this. And Niall was definitely the best kisser of all.

I couldn't think of anything else but Niall through the kiss. I could barely even think of Niall, my head was so foggy actually.

Niall's thick blonde hair felt so soft between my fingers. His hands had snaked underneath my shirt to press to the small of my back. His touch was like electricity. It warmed my entire body just from that one spot. It caused tingles to run through my bones and awaken my body.

Niall. Niall was tall and his shoulders were broad. His eyes were gorgeous, I could stare into them all day. He always smelt so good. Armani and Axe lingered in my nose. He was so strong. His body was pressed up against mine and I loved it. His biceps were locked around my waist. The feel of them through my sweater at my sides. I couldn't do much with my tongue into the kiss because of his braces, but I didn't care. I was a tad upset, though, about it for a second, but it was long forgotten moments later. He tilted his head, nipping at my lip before slipping his tongue back into my mouth.
