Before we go there, we need to get you some things to start out your new life here! Of course, first we need to go to the city bank and get some Elps. That's the currency here.' Riuna explained about everything as we go, the lifestyle, the current trend, etc.
We stopped in front of a huge building. The exterior is decorated with marble pillars, giving an ancient Greek kind of aura. The sign made of gold says: "Grindus City Bank"
'Erida, take out your student ID card. It's in the envelope.'
I take a peek and she's right! A card suddenly appeared in there.
'Um, it's blank though?'
'Don't worry, everything will appear on the card when you step into the academy city. But for now, this can be used to take out your monthly earnings! You're a new student so you get 30 000 Elps by auto. But later, you need to earn them. The Headmistress will explain all about it during the briefing the day after tomorrow. Um... allow me.'

'Yeah, for lunch time they usually serve very little amount of drinks, with this you can always get refills! Where was I? oh yeah, your writing pad, don't forget to bring that, and there it is! A sack of 30 000 Elps.'
'If I had all these stuff already, what is the money for?'
'For everything else of course! You still need a basic grade crystal, a grand butterfly's ore, and a piece of rainbow chalk!'
'What's all that for?'
'Actually, it's not a must, but you'll need it when you enter the spellcraft course. And yes, the spellcraft course is a must. Most kids in Arcadis are aristocrats so they have about unlimited stock of those items. I guess that's why the academy don't provide them. And the crystal is to know your current magical abilities or at least your capabilities.'
