Song for the Chapter
Hey Angel by One Direction
(Extract from Niall's Diary)
... the milky scent of her hair blended with the strong peach perfume, encouraged the feeling to hold her forever. I did not know what made me take the first move, but her needs made my body reacts within seconds. The warmth of her then cold little hands slowly began to dangle through my fingers seeking for reassurance. With my chin resting on the top of her head, I felt her heavy breathing as she was about to swallow me. That was a heavenly few minutes I relished after a very long time.
On second notion, I think I have never had this kind of a feeling or tenderness ever in my life.
But the reality hit me once I saw her drifted into her own world, moving to the tune started playing on the radio. I stood still, admiring the sweet face of hers from afar. Seeing her happy after what happened back there made my heart ache. She's so special from others. Yet, I have no exact words to describe the best in her. But I will. Surely, someday. I think the most courageous decision I ever made was to ask her for a dance. She was a bit surprised and don't take me wrong, because I was surprised in myself too. When she finally looked at me with her dangling pupils I knew I did the right thing.
We danced. And it was slow like floating on the clouds yet amazing, and that's what we both needed. We felt safe on each other's embrace. At first she was a little bit afraid, but I encouraged her by wrapping my hands around her waist and following my lead she sent her arms around my neck. There were no space between us. I could feel her stomach on my abdomen. The blended milk and peachy flavor hypnotized and carried me into her world. I could feel hers and my breathing decreasing and could hear my beating heart exaggerating my hidden emotions loudly. She looked so fragile and I was afraid of leading her into my painful life. Yet the thirst didn't quench nor could hold on.
From her eyes I trailed off to her little lips. They were turned pale red because of the cold, but it was the perfect color for her. When I glanced back at her eyes she was still staring at me. It didn't last long as her eyes slowly started checking my lips, but she was quick to look away. She was already biting her lower lip and knowing myself quite well I bought my face closer to hers asking for permission. Ed was still singing in the distance and the space between our faces just became warmer and warmer with our steady breathing. Within inches apart she closed her eyes. And it was my cue. She tittled her face slightly to welcome the stranger. And she waited...
(Niall's POV)
'One last question before you go, guys.' Ellen picked the next quiz card.
'Anything for you, Ellen.' Louis muttered with a smirk.
'Oh.. Okay here goes.' She said pointing to Zayn who was holding the Never have I ever board and fixing his perfect hair.
The audience was silent. But I could hear some giggles here and there.
'Never have I ever hooked up with a fan.' The audience have gone wild.
All the cameras and our attention focused on Harry. He couldn't hide his embracing face or his rose cheeks.
'I think mine's broken.' He said swinging his board and finally threw it away making the whole audience burst into a good laugh. Well, that made the rest of us spare from answering to that question although we never had any kind of a fling with any of our fans.
My sub conscious just made a halt there and questioned. 'Didn't you try to kiss a girl who adores you? The girl who named her favorite guitar after you? And abandoned her in the middle of nowhere and finally she came back with a bad cold?'
