High school can be really hard for some people. I've heard stories about things that have happened to people that make me cringe. I heard a story today that just sickened me.
There was a girl named Maci, but her best friend, Ali was also friends with the top popular girl in school, Morgan. Ali invited Maci to one of Morgan's parties. So they got to the party and things went well at first until Morgan saw she was there. Morgan convinced everyone to play a game called, 'The Name Game.' They had Maci stand in the middle while everyone else stood in a circle around her. The point of the game was everyone got a turn to yell a mean name like, ugly, slut, fat, ect. at her and then after everyone got a turn, they chanted, "Fatty fatty two by four. Maci Can't even fit through the front door."
Maci told me that story today at lunch and I just stared at her in unbelief. I told her that it wasn't right one bit and not to listen to them, that she was beautiful no matter what others said. It's just horrible what some people would do just to put other people down. It really does sicken me. Am I the only one that feels this way?
