The girls and I walked out of the room I was staying in and headed towards the kitchen where Alvin was finishing up dinner.

"Do you need any help" asked Eli and Alvin nodded. Jordi Nina, and I just chuckled and shook our heads knowing that Eli was about to take over the kitchen.

We walked over to the living room where Rachel was playing just dance her red hair swinging around violently.

"Can we play" Nina asked gesturing between us.

Rachel made a face and said "We only have two remotes but if you and Jordi go first I can play against Tori afterwards"

"Okay" Eli yelled and rushed to grab a remote for the WII. Rachel handed over her remote to Nina and grabbed my arm yanking me out of the room.

Over her shoulder she called "Tori and I are going to talk wedding plans."

She pointed to a chair in the kitchen and blocked the door raising an eyebrow. 

"What" I asked trying to appear innocent.

"Tell me what is going on between you and my brother." She demanded and I flinched away from her.

"Nothing" I lied.

She looked at me closely then gasped "Your mates aren't you?"

I just nodded knowing I couldn't hide it from her any longer.  She broke out in a huge smile and clapped her hands in delight. 

"Yes you two are perfect for each other I'm so excited." She squealed.

"We aren't doing anything about being mates I mean he's my future brother-In-law for god's sake. That would just be wrong."  I exclaimed.

"Your mates you can't ignore that" Yelled Rachel.

I held out my hand in a wait motion and turned to the door before yelling "Nina Eli stop listening in."

After hearing their mumbled okays I turned back to Rachel and said "I'm going to go pray to the moon goddess for an answer I will be back soon."

With that I waltzed out of the kitchen and into my room making sure to lock the door.

I sat down on the edge of my bed and prayed to the goddess asking for advice about my mate. Suddenly it felt like all of the air had been sucked out  of the room and I fell to my knees as a bright white light filled the room.

As a form materialized in the center of the room the air rushed back in and I was able to speak up. "Who are you" I gasped.

The person turned to me and said "The moon goddess. I came to answer your prayer."

"Okay if that's why you came here then please explain how the hell I am mates with my future Brother-In-law. " I said calmly.

"Well you see I had made you mates before you were born but had planned for you to meet in different circumstances." She began only for me to cut her off.

"How he's still Rachel's brother."

She narrowed her eyes at me and said "Rachel's parents did something unexpected and adopted Marc. So you see he wasn't supposed to be a part of this family."

I looked at her for a moment then said "So you screwed up just like you did with Nina? Gosh are you out to get the Brookes sisters or something."

The Goddess shot me a look of disbelief and transported out in the same manner she came in.

"Stupid goddess" I mumbled walking over to sit on my bed.  After about half an hour of thinking I decided to just have a normal relationship with Marc. If he would take me that is.

Taking a deep breath I walked to my door and opened it.  I didn't look and ended up walking straight into a bare sculpted chest. A quick glance up confirmed that it was indeed Marc.
