Jordi's POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I sighed as I separated with Eli and Nina at the Airport. I would be going back to Walla Walla, Washington to see my elfin mother (If you have forgot about this go read chapter 18 in my book I learned from pain). She wanted to test me to make sure I remembered what she had taught me. At least that's what she told me I knew she just wanted to test me and see if I had developed more or if my werewolf side stopped that. Also she wanted to test me and see if it was being part elf that was the reason why I didn't have a mate yet.
Elves don't have mates they simply do what humans do and marry. Of course their marriages are usually better then humans seeing as how they have powers they use to get to know about their spouses and humans don't. My mother was worried that I would have to marry and not have a mate seeing as how I am twenty-two.
I shook my head to snap out of it and went to go find the gate I would board the plane. When I got there I had to sit and wait for thirty minutes until my plane boarded. I used my free time to practice with my Elfin abilities. Not the ones that I did with weapons such as a bow and arrow but the magical ones.
Closing my eyes I began to hum and slowly in my mind I had a map of outside the airport. I could sense all of the plants and animals. I had other powers and spells I could do that didn't include nature but nature was my strong suit.
I continued to hum and I knew that the trees and bushes that weren't in a humans line of sight were dancing along to the music. Suddenly a smell wafted over to me and I stopped humming.
The smell was a man's natural personal citrus scent mixed with the slight smoky firework smell of a wizard. I only recognized a wizards smell because I had hunted a few of them for the council before.
My eyes darted upwards as I looked around for the wizard. My eyes landed on a man in a business suit. He had green grey eyes and messy brown hair. I sniffed discreetly and narrowed my eyes when I was positive he was the wizard.
I would have to watch him.
I turned my eyes from him to my ticket as the began to call the boarding order. When they reached my zone I noticed that both the Wizard and my self were the only super natural on the plane. Good that means he is less likely to do anything.
I put my carry on above me and sat down in my window seat. I was a small plane with only two seats per a row. Unfortunately that meant that the wizard was seated right next to my with no one to over hear him. Which meant he would probably talk to me.
I sighed as he sat down and ignored him to call on the trees and plants a conversation. Sadly he broke my concentration.
"Now why is a woods land elf like your self traveling around?" He asked me.
"What makes you think I'm an elf?" I asked trying to keep him from noticing that I was a hybrid.
"Your ears, sweetheart. They're poking out." He told me and I grimaced. My ears were more pointed then the average human but not as pointed as the average elf due to my werewolf side.
"That's a good spell though for an elf" He told me. 'Most elves can't get their ears that rounded."
I nodded and turned back to the window thinking he was done. He wasn't
"So what's your name?" He asked me. I almost growled in annoyance but held it in not wanting to reveal my hybrid status.
I rolled my eyes and told him then asked for his in case I needed to report him Of course I kept that last bit to my self.
"Carter" He said and extended his hand. "pleasure to meet you"
"You to" I mumbled and pulled my hand away from the strange wizard.
I could tell this would be an interesting flight.
