Sharon Parker suspected something was a little off when her grateful mum tried to scratch her when she was just six years old. Nevertheless, she lived a relatively normal life among other humans.
It wasn't until she bumped into the devilishly intelligent phantom cat, Andy Chan, that her life finally began to make sense.
However, Andy proved to be brutal and seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with rampaging. Sharon soon learnt that Andy had taken an oath never to kiss a human being.
When Sharon's grateful mum is injured in a crocodile taming accident, Sharon realises her own life is at risk.
Despite Andy's spiky fur and evil eyes, Sharon finds herself falling for the phantom cat. Only fate will decided whether he kills or protects her.
One night, a loch ness monster appears before Sharon and warns her of a darkness within Andy. The loch ness monster gives Sharon the crumpled sword - the only weapon that can defeat a intelligent phantom cat.
Will Sharon find it in herself to kill the only creature who has ever made her feel truly uneasy? (Hint: yes!)
