Listen up. If you ever develop a crush on an asexual/aromantic person, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT TELL THAT PERSON.
Do not ask them why they are ace/aro.
Do not explain to them how horny you are or talk about sex to them.
Do not say that you wish they were anything different other than ace/aro out of your own pure selfishness.
Do not invalidate an ace/aro because they do not want to have a sexual/romantic relationship with you. Trust me, if they could change who they are they would do it in a heartbeat after you make them feel endlessly guilty for them being them.
Do not tell them about how great you two would be together and how much you long and wish for them.
If you really fucking care about your crush, you wouldn't make them feel guilty or not good enough for being themselves. So please, before you go on to tell your ace/aro crush how much you wish they weren't them, re-evaluate what you're making them feel by saying those things.
