Gab walked into the empty elevator. It was friday and Luke not being inside every day when she walked in was really starting to annoy her in some ways. Why? She'd never know.
There were no grins that greeted her every morning, no food, and.. Well, no luke. It was weird. She was really used to him. Empty elevator was just too... Empty?
And they barely texted. Luke seemed to be busy. And every time she texted him, he'd say that she missed him so much and tease her.
It wAs aNNoyIng so she didn't text him.
And although she would absolutely never tell him this, deep down, she was well aware that she actually missed Luke. Guess she'd gotten used to his smiles, laughs, jokes, his casual greetings too much. And seriously, it was only the 5th day without luke.

"Heeey." Autumn said as they met at the apartment building.
"Hey, haven't seen you around lately."
"Yeah, I've been working more." Autumn sighed and pressed number 3 on the elevator. "How are you doing?"
"Just fine." She shrugged.
Autumn walked to the side of the elevator and crossed her arms across her chest, eyeing gabriella. "What is that?" She pointed to the bunny necklace.
"It's a necklace."
"No shit, sherlock." She rolled her eyes and smiled at her. "That's cute, where did you get it?"
"I don't know. Luke got it for me."
"Luke?"
"A friend."
"You've got a new friend? A boy?" She wriggled her eyebrows. "Hot or not, buddy?"
Gab rolled her eyes and laughed. "He's just a freaking friend, autumn."
"I thought you didn't have friends." Autumn replied. "Wait, I mean I thought you hated making friends. He must he frigging special, then?"
"Not really. But yes. Whatever." Gab rolled her eyes.
Autumn chuckled as she got out. "Do you realize you've been smiling the entire time we're talking about him?"
