~Harry~
God she was awkward but that was probably the best part of her.
"You want a cupcake?" I just realized that she probably wanted to finish the rest of her stuff before a cupcake, but oh well. She is beautiful in all lighting she looks as if she was crying all night, but who am I to say.
"Sure why not, food sounds great right now, maybe another one of those things you just made me cause that was really fucking good. I mean I think I'm in love. With the drink, obviously."
"Gotchya, one more latte coming up, won't forget the cupcake" The frosting on her nose looked cute for a moment, "Here ya go, one drink thing right in the non-existent flesh."
"Hey thanks man, and here is the money in the non-existent flesh." Her laughing eased my nerves a bit so I exhale the breath I was unaware I was holding. As she sat down I helped out a few more people that wanted stuff then I go on my break. I grab my cigarettes' and head outside for both fresh air and chemicals. Terrible habits but better than the alternative.
As I slowly finish this, although I'm getting tired of it, I walk back in to have a cup of coffee. Right on time Niall shows up and waltzes in as if he was a big boss and decides to hassle anyone and everyone in sight.
"Hey ya wanker, been missing ya at the games. Which bitch you been fucking instead eh?" I guess there was no tuned down version of that, if he didn't have so much shit on me it would be easier to be associated with him.
"Well I don't think you shouted that loud enough you fucking prick." I start to chuckle, while his bellowing laugh takes over the entire cafe.
"Alrighty fine, you don't have to be such a prissy about it." His laugh grows louder which you could hear from across the street, I could tell because the folks from across the street looked here worryingly. Actually I think I'm looking at him quite worryingly too. I take his hand for a quick shake.
"You know, you scare the crap out of me when you laugh like that. I mean mate live your life, but that's a terrifying laugh you've got." When he finally stops laughing the dick smacks my ass and winks because that's exactly the point of his laugh, to scare the shit out of me.
"That's what I aspire to do every once in a while. Sweets you wish I wouldn't scare you."
"You know. That's exactly what I want. Also, how the fuck did anything you said make sense?"
"Exactly." Know he's winking. The hell is wrong with him?
"You know why you need? You need to stop is what you need." I get back to my job and making chai lattes out of my ass, stupid basic fall drinks. Well I guess it's worth it in the end, bringing joy one cup at a time. That sounded like something off tumblr, oh well.

"Yo Harry you should be a doll and whip me up one of those chamomile tea contraptions you made earlier." Of course it was her. I think she may have been here a few hours by now, or at least as long as my shift.
"Only if you tell me what you're up to later" Hoping to get out of dealing with Niall, I hope her only plan was to stay here, as if she did anything else.
"If I am being completely honest my only plan was to stay here most of my day, home isn't quite home right now" There was a change in her tone and a pause in her words. It wasn't as bubbly as she usually sounds, I guess that would explain why she looks as if she cried a river.
"Well in that case we should go out and bring a little joy into your sad sad plans" Her face lifts a little and I can almost hear a chuckle, I think I have the perfect plan.
"I guess if that's what I have to do in order for a godly chamomile latte, then fine" She chuckled a bit and I could have sworn I seen blush slowly appear on her face but almost vanished as soon as I seen it.
"I'll see you at 7, my shifts done now but I am assuming you're going to still be here until then?" There was a longer silence, as if she was still planning her next few hours.
"What's the dress code? High scale, about mid, or is looking homeless an option?" Her little giggle made it's was back after a few hours of not hearing it.
"Looking homeless is, although a bold choice, definitely fine. Not too many people are going to be where we are going."
"I see, this is the part where you murder me right? Have me looking homeless so people think I'm some drug addict and don't give me a second look? In no time have Criminal minds make an episode on how a young girl who went in the middle of no where-" she had a large grin and was almost laughing telling me this little rant.
"Oh shut up, would you like to go or not?" I didn't see that ending anytime soon.
"Yes, and I will meet you back here"
She turned back to her table, I had a whiff of her perfume. I don't know how to explain it but, she smelt like the colour of Maroon.
-------------------------------------------------------------Note - Well 5 years later and here we are, still hella cheesy but I also have my guilty pleasure fanfics. Until next time
