*One month later*

Jade's POV

"So, do you like it here?" Perrie asked.

"I don't know yet, it might take a while to get used to it," I answered honestly.

Perrie nodded.

"How do you feel about your mum's boyfriend?" Perrie questioned.

I groaned.

"I don't like him at all. He's rude and mean," I said.

"Yeah, well, your mum can be too," Perrie laughed.

"Very true," I said, laughing as well.

"Anyway, have you heard from Zayn?" I asked.

"Nope, haven't seen him," Perrie replied.

"Huh, that's weird. You guys are like best friends, you talk everyday." I said.

"Yeah, but he's got a job now so I barely seen him now," Perrie replied.

"He has a job?" I questioned.

"Yep. Did I not tell you?" Perrie asked.

"No," I chuckled. "I didn't think he would ever get a job,"

"Why did you think that?"

"I don't know, all he did was stay home and play video games most of the time," I said.

"Can I ask you something?" Perrie asked.

"Of course, babe," I said, holding her hand.

"Do you think we'll be together for a long time?" Perrie asked, curiously.

"We already have," I chuckled.

Perrie shook her head.

"No, I meant like, for the rest of our lives. I wanna spend the rest of my life with you and only you," Perrie confessed.

"I do too, Pez," I started.

"But?" Perrie asked.

"But, it might be a while before anything can happen. My mum wouldn't accept that right away, it could take months," I said, sighing.

"I know, and that fucking sucks," Perrie replied.

"I wanna marry you, Jade. But, I can't do that if your mum is in the picture," Perrie said, shaking her head.

"I know, but just-"

"No, just-just don't." Perrie said, raising her voice.

"Call me when you figure out who you would rather want in your life. Me, your girlfriend who loves you, or your mum who is mean to you and doesn't accept you for who you are." Perrie said, then slammed the door and left.
