Chapter 42

Jade's POV

" I want to spend the rest of my life with you too..." I said, and Perrie smiled.

But then she saw that I wasn't smiling, and her smile quickly faded.

" What?" She asked, confused.

" Perrie, I wanna spend the rest of my life with you too.... But, not right now. I'm just not ready. I mean, we're still in High School, and I just think that we should wait a little longer. Is that okay?" I said.

I could tell that Perrie was in deep thought, but after a few minutes, she nodded her head repeatedly.

" Yeah. Yeah, that's perfectly fine." Perrie said, smiling once again.

" Okay," I said, putting my hand on top of hers, which was on my knee.

" I love you, so much." I smiled.

" How much?" Perrie chuckled.

" So much that words can't even describe how much I love you." Perrie said, looking into my eyes.

I smiled.

" I love you too. You're my everything." I said.

Perrie quickly his her face in her hands, and I could tell that she was blushing.

I chuckled as I grabbed her wrists and pulled them away from her face.

" Hey, look at me," I said, and she did.

" Don't ever hide your face. Even if you are blushing, don't hide your face. You're beautiful."

Once again, Perrie blushed. But she didn't hide her face.

I leaned in, and so did she.

When our lips finally touched, I felt butterflies. The kiss wasn't rushed or anything. It was slow, and passionate.

After a few minutes, we finally pulled away.

" You're my everything too," Perrie said.

I smiled.

" Gosh, I wish we could go on a date or something right now." I sighed.

" Why can't we?"

" Because, I'm still injured, remember?" Perrie nodded.

" Right...... Well, how do you feel?"

" A lot better now that we aren't yelling at each other." Perrie laughed.

" Yeah, we do fight a lot." I nodded.

" I know, but now I really don't wanna get into anymore fights."

" Yeah, but we might fight sometime later on." I shook my head.

" No, we won't."

" And how are we gonna do that?" I smiled.

" I'm gonna start treating you like the princess that you are. And I won't argue with you, ever again." Perrie smiled.

" Okay," She said.

" I gotta go, but I'll be right back." Perrie said.

" Where are you going?" Perrie smirked.

" You'll find out.... Soon." She stood up and kissed my cheek, then she left without saying another word.
